The worst meal. All the food was cold and I love 5 minutes away. Called to let them know the reason was short staffed. Went back to get a new hopefully hot buy no the same cheese was not even melted, cold fries. They need to shut down one drive thru as owners of this facility I would think you would take enough notice as to what people are getting in the drive through and how many people going through there with one person doing the meals just deplorable I cannot believe and I won't go again to this McDonald's it's just ridiculous after going twice the same meal the same cold it's unacceptable I can't believe that you guys actually think that you're doing well but you're not. Customer service is priority you don't seem to think so.

This is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST MCDONALD'S IN ANCHORAGE! The food is fresh, juicy, employees are customer service extraordinaires! Every time they go above & beyond! This is a LOCALLY OWNED franchise! I truly hope the owner sees this!

By far the ONLY good McDonald’s left in Anchorage. The food is the only good McDonald’s in town and the staff’s friendliness is top tier.

Over 30 years of terrible meals and has not improved. Over the years my family and I have gotten, and this is not a comprehensive list, cold fries (many times), cold burgers, cheese on burgers ordered without cheese (many times), onions + pickles + mustard on burgers ordered plain (many times), a "cheeseburger" where they forgot the burger, and a number of other problems. Today was cold fries, a cold burger, and, oddly enough, a middle bun used as a bottom bun. They weren't out of bottom buns. The other burgers had them. 🤷

Do not go inside, you will stuck there forever, they are don't care for customers inside, they are more prefer for drive through. Thumbs down. Horrible place

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
