Yall set Skylar up for failure. 20+ minute wait for a meal when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Said he would have to charge me, after the wait. I assume this is the company rules, no customer factor involved. But doesn't throw any customer service in there, for the extremely long wait. He did say they only have 3 people working. Food still cold 🥶 what a bummer. Also, once I got home noticed my medium fry barely filled up. Im very disappointed. Won't be back to this location.

This used to be a good store but Im not sure what happened. Workers look upset most times, dont acknowledge you standing at the counter, and it takes forever to get food. I drive for ubereats and door dash and dread deliveries from here. If you cant keep up and focus on drive thru more than other orders, you shouldnt offer deliveries with delivery apps. Beyond ridiculous. I just waited 35 minutes for an ubereats order because these frowny looking workers wanted to keep their metrics for the drive thru line. Do better!

I ordered 3 meals on the app. I asked for my fish sandwich to have mustard and pickles. Instead, they slathered it with ketchup. Freaking ketchup on a filet-o-fish. 🤮 I feel like they definitely did this on purpose. Also, they forgot my fries. Luckily, I noticed before we left the drive-thru. I didn’t know I would have to inspect my sandwich before leaving as well.

Order in drive thru was taken quick but I waited forever at the window to pay and they couldn't find my order for a minute. Then moved up and was shoved a bag in my face that wasn't mine and the girl got an attitude with me when I asked where my drinks were. Didn't expect much but this wasn't worth coming honestly

Ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits this morning. One had no egg. The other was a chicken biscuit. Whatever they're paying their employees it's too much.

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter.
