McDonald's Menu Prices at 706 Supercenter Dr ★2.8 (1990)

Second door dash that I’ve received with less than half the items missing or not even close to the correct items. Two cheeseburgers instead of two chicken nuggets. A Coke instead of a sprite. The first time I called them, they basically said there was nothing they can do other than me ordering the items again. Which meant either me going to get them again. (I was at work and ordering for my kids) Or me ordering again, paying the delivery fee again. And paying the tip again. Which it’s not the Dasher fault. This is McDonald’s fault. It took 10 calls tonight. And still no answer from the local restaurant. So we are just missing half of our food. And hope that I can get a refund tomorrow when I can finally reach somebody or dispute it with my bank. (Not a sprite or nuggets in sight) Update. 27 calls in and still no answer.

Got news flash for Calera McDonalds, Thursday evening I ordered the #9 cheese burger meal , large size a Big Mac sandwich and a large coke, who at any McDonald’s anywhere runs out of coke. Had to get a large sprite which tasted like liqourish. And if that wasn’t bad enough got home to a big Mack with one patty on it, and unbelievably both cheese burgers were just a bun ketchup a pickle and cheese and no patty, 16.00 for such sloppy work is unacceptable, I won’t come back to this McDonalds. Just knowing that an employee wrapped those burgers like that on purpose, leads me to believe they have done this several times.

I ordered from this McDonald’s through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed. My burger came with no meat, the bacon was raw, there was no straws, and the sauces I specifically ordered (and paid for) were missing. This shows a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. I expect better from McDonald’s, and I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Came thru with my dad and he was in a rush but I needed a caramel frappe and paid for extra caramel. They put literally one little drizzle and my dad didn’t have time to go back.disappointed to say the least

If I didn’t have to give a star to share my experience I would give them zero stars. The GM is unprofessional. I spoke to her on her cell phone after one of her employers gave me her number to make a complaint. However , she agree to remake the order but the order was still burnt. She was upset and only gave me $15.00 for three burnt sandwiches because the other two were not burnt. She said that’s the best she could do was give me my money back for only three sandwiches which I feel like it was a lie. All they had to do was change the cooking oil and watch the meat as it cooked but instead only two of my kids ate out of four until I went to another restaurant to get them something to eat. Now I’m not racist but all the older white people food was hot and fresh but our food was burnt. This is not acceptable and I’ve spoke with the corporate office. I’m sharing these photos to show how burnt our sandwiches were. They will never get my business again and my kids love McDonalds
