McDonald's Menu Prices at 4746 Eastern Valley Rd ★3.5 (1349)

Made a mobile order. They didn’t have the strawberry shake so they offered a vanilla shake that was already made when I got to the window. I asked if they had chocolate instead and was told that was also unavailable. When I requested a refund I was told I had to request it through the app. The milk that came with my happy meal said it was good thru 20 Jan 26. Today is January 25th so the milk expired 5 days ago. When I asked the employee if I could get a milk that wasn’t expired he said they all say the 26th. I told him that was referring to the year not the date. All he said was “I don’t know” before closing the window. So now I’m hoping to be reimbursed for a shake that I didn’t get and a milk that was too expired to drink. Update as of 2/21/26 I had already submitted communication to the customer care team. I received an email requesting Date/time of purchase: Store location your purchase was at: Order point (Mobile, DT, Delivery, etc): Check-in Type: Front Counter (Attended), FC Unattended, DT or Curbside: Copy of email receipt: Considering this was a mobile order I do find this ridiculous to email back to prove I should’ve gotten what I didn’t get when they could’ve looked at my order history. I provided a copy of the email confirmation, receipt printed at the restaurant, and a picture of the expired milk. I received an email from the general manager on 2/1/26. A refund was not offered. Again extremely ridiculous not to just refund me. She did offer replacement food. But I’ve yet to hear anything else about it even after follow up emails I sent 2/7 and 2/12 asking how I get the replacements. Feels like a lot of back and forth and making me send extra information when the restaurant was in the wrong.

My husband just returned and ordered FRESH cooked fries and nuggets. Both were cold when he arrived home. The fries were dried out and the nuggets were hard. I don't understand why we experience this EVERY TIME we go through the drive thru. If we go in, I can actually get what I order. The order taker even told my husband it would be a wait. There was no grill slip on the bag or items to indicate the grill person acknowledged the order. I think we're done.

That’s it. I am never accepting another order at this location. THE WORST. *************** As a professional DoorDasher I am in this restaurant several times a day. On a positive note, I do really like the way they package DoorDash orders. On a negative note, there is never anyone at the counter. I always have to wave someone down. Where did the service go, where there’s always someone to take orders and acknowledge delivery order pick ups? Oh yes, that would be Chick-fil-A. Today, I was accused of “trespassing“ by the manager there. I saw my DoorDash order behind the counter, and yes, I made the mistake of stepping behind the counter to pick it up , because no one would help me. And then the manager there was incredibly rude. Do these restaurants not know how much business they get from DoorDash? I do have the ability to decline orders. And I may just start declining everything that comes from McDonald’s at that location. Somebody else can deal with that rudeness. And there are plenty of other McDonald’s locations that I can pick up orders from. I will say that the store is very clean. I tried to call the location at the end of my dash, but of course no one answers the phone. I wanted to try to work it out with the manager, and apologize for stepping behind the counter. Other restaurants have actual stands where you can go in there and just get your correct order and leave. But then that would be great service. So would be answering the phone.

Big Mac was good. The Sweet Tea was empty. Of course, no shakes. Staff were friendly, helpful, and honestly apologetic. As a side note: have been having issues with the app & staff wished they could of helped, but it's a corporate issue that they can't fix at the store.

Usually order ahead via the app for breakfast and pick up inside. The morning breakfast crew does a great job and I typically don’t have any issues. Glad to have a reliable place to pick up something quick for breakfast/brunch.
