Igl , lemme get this settled , I DoorDashed from here around 11 pm , fries barely had anything in them , drinks was wrong and they act like they couldn’t answer the phone … but one thing for surely I don’t play about my food and neither do I like my food being played with .. and when you go inside they worry about everything else but front counter , they’ll look at you and turn right around or go outside passing out others their food.. 😂👌🏽

I have found this location has gotten to be more and more inconvenient due to the amount of time it takes to go through the drive-through. They are inconsistency with placing your order in the bag. I have tried to going there when I’m in a rush on many occasions and it is taking me up to 45 minutes to go through the drive-through. I have found that fast food is neither fast nor cheap! The staff believes that your responsibility to ensure that everything you ordered is in the bag. Not to mention if you try calling the number at the location, it rings and goes to a busy signal and no one picks up! I recommend Mcdonald’s anywhere other than Millbrook Alabama

Brandon in the drive-thru was very professional, fast, and efficient. He did everything possible to help me get what I needed to order and even gave me recommendations or other options instead of simply just saying: “sorry we can’t do that.” He went out of his way and he deserves a raise!!! Great customer service.

Had a delivery order and the whole order was wrong I had a sausage mcgriddle, sausage and egg biscuit and a black coffee, and a hash brown. All i received was a cold hash brown and sausage biscuit and a Luke warm coffee this place and the employees are a joke...they so tried charging me for a caramel frappe that I never received

Been to this restaurant multiple times. I've had wait times up to thirty to fourty minutes at a time. I've had issues of missing things from my order almost every time. The store almost never answers the phone so you have to drive to the store to get what your missing which for me is about a twenty minute drive. With good traffic. The people who work there ignore the people in the store most of the time unless they cant overlook you.
