McDonald's Menu Prices at 2291 St Stephens Rd ★3.3 (980)

i order breakfast from this location nearly every single morning, and today’s order was beyond unacceptable. my streak bagel was topped with grease from the grill — not normal cooking grease, but like someone literally poured it on my food like it was mayo or ketchup. it was disgusting. then i noticed hard seeds or gritty pieces mixed into it that almost cracked my teeth. it felt like i was chewing on eggshells. that’s how bad it was. i’m pregnant, and the fact that this is what was handed to me is just nasty, careless, and honestly dangerous. this location needs to get it together immediately because this is ridiculous.

My food was hot, they pulled me up but I wasn't there for long and they put everything in the bag. Everybody had a pleasant attitude and it was during Mardi Gras season. Sometimes people have a 'tude and get rude, especially during the boom boom. You ladies did good, you have my vote lol.

Make this make sense….. I ordered mc chicken meal for $5 however; they only have sweet tea available to drink ( I ordered a sprite initially) plot twist! The day manager replies because they only have sweet tea I am going to be charged an additional fee because they ran out of soda! Ridiculous! This is the Toulminville location in Mobile Alabama* I don’t recommend them at all! Management is very unprofessional and rude*

Absolute trash. Do yall even read your screens? Can't blame my dasher who was fast and listened to all my instructions and saw yup thats her order on the bag. Sent me a photo of instructions on the sealed bag, you managed to listen to other special instructions on the order and yet miss an entire burger ? Were you just lazy and decided to make two of the first burger you saw and call it a day? Yeah forget what the third person wanted, and being it's my order thats missing I just paid $20 and tipped some body to bring me food I didnt order or get. And everythings closed. Do better. This is a normal thing with yall. If i Could I choose ANY OTHER McDonald's I would. Guess ill only be getting this in person. Quit Wasting people's time.

Theirs is a manager there and her behaviors is completely unacceptable! I don’t know if yall read reviews or not but she absolutely needs to be fired! I don’t know her name but I was inside for 3 sausage biscuits when some students from leflore walked in not being disruptive or anything the door was unlocked she claimed the door was locked and she said and I quote “ yall gotta get out, everybody out”! I won’t accept being talked to like this, not only am I leaving this review I’ll be calling and complaining until this lady is removed, this is not her first time behaving like this it’s wrong and she is making black people look bad! Honestly it’s that bad like I said she has been rude before but I’m a Christian man I believe in forgiveness but she is gonna cause a serious problem one day if she hasn’t already sorry to have to leave this review but nobody deserved to be treated the way she treated us it was 7:25 maybe on October 24 2025!
