McDonald's Menu Prices at 255 Muldoon Rd ★3.5 (916)

McDonald's, especially this location, really has their standardization and quality of service tuned and dialed in! You might wait 30 minutes at Wendy's, you might not get what you ordered at Taco Bell, your food might taste like it came from an abyss if you order something from Little Caesars, but not here. No matter what you order it will come out perfectly cooked and ready to go every single time without fail! The only issue that we've ever run into is when they are training new employees but that's the fast food industry high turnover and all that. We use the mobile app frequently and it always works and they very very very rarely ever mess up our order. Really as far as the service and efficiency go the McDonald's out here in Wasilla is probably the best fast food you can get in the entire valley.

Since the implementation of the ordering kiosk when I walk in I'm completely ignored and when I ask a question about the price difference of an item I'm treated Like I'm bothering them. Forget about using the bathroom they have to unlock the door and an employee (I assume on break because his hat was taken off but his shirt was clearly visible under his coat) wouldn't get up and unlock the door so I had to go up to ask the manager to unlock the bathroom and was informed it was for customers only!!! After I had just ordered and ate my meal.

Once again they refused to make the McFlurry properly. They just slapped ice cream into the cup and tossed the oreo on top. Poor show. It's not a McFlurry if it's not mixed in folks. Do better.

Did McDonalds start charging extra for Ranch?? I got my child a nugget kids meal they asked what sauce, when I noticed they did not give me any I asked at the window. She said, ranch is now .20 a piece. Granted, I don't mind paying if I need too, but it's the only time I have ever been charged. Just curious.

I stopped by this McDonald’s to use the restroom, but access requires a code you only get after making a purchase. Even after ordering, it took nearly 15 minutes just to place my order. When I finally used the restroom, it was in terrible condition is filthy and covered in urine. The customer service and overall maintenance of the restaurant were very poor. The food I received was ice cold, and the management seems inattentive. The location only has one self service kiosk and a very small lobby, making the experience even more frustrating. This is not a McDonald’s I would recommend visiting.
