I don't usually write reviews but i felt like this interaction i had needed light shined on it. i came in to dine in with my family table of 5, we were waiting for our food to arrive and this kind young lady Named Rylee came and brought us our coffee, she went in the back and came back and proceeded to wipe down all the tables and clean up the dining area while doing so making conversations with every customer. upon a different lady bringing us our food (we didn't have any of our fries) or the right burgers so we went up and waited in the front, The young lady Rylee helped us and immediately apologized and went to fixing it for us no questions asked. upon giving us our missing food gave us a greg Cook card for a free fries for the inconvenience! What an amazing job she was at helping us and such good customer service that you don't get everywhere. we made sure to tell her what an amazing job she was doing.

The food was horrible. The French fries tasted like they had been frozen and cooked several times. I've never had the fries taste like that. The big Mac wasn't the best. Glad they loaded it up with special sauce. I had to coax my German Shepherd to eat the burger from it. The chicken nuggets were like the fries. Kinda crunchy but just weird. Yes it's been at least 7 months since I've eaten here. I don't think I'll be back.

Every time I order from this location the order is never right. Usually I pick up my order. However tonight I didn't want to go anywhere so I did a delivery order. I get the order and start passing it out to the family. I noticed that I didn't get my child's happy meal or any of the sauces that I paid extra for. So I call them and they say to come in to get it. So I go get my child's food before eating mine. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have to fix it. They kept looking over and whispering while I was waiting at the counter for my child's food. So when she brought it over she set it on the counter didn't say anything to me and went to walk away. At this point I decided to ask how she was going to make it right. Since I paid a delivery fee and they didn't make sure everything was in the bag for my order and I had to drive up there to get it fixed. She said I can give you a coupon as if that was an inconvenience for her to do. I won't go back to this McDonald's for a long time if at all. I would rather drive 30 minutes to pick up my order from Prescott or Prescott Valley. This one in Chino Valley has gone way downhill. Edit to my review: Your response to my review is to get with the delivery service. All they could do is issue a refund and I would have to reorder. Which would make me pay another delivery fee. They can't see what is in the bag as they are sealed shut by your employees. When an entire meal is missing from the bag it's your employees responsibility to make sure it got put in there in the first place. So as I said before I will travel to another town to spend my money when my child wants McDonald's. Since this one can never get it right and the employees act like it's an inconvenience for them to make it right when it's pointed out to them.

Ordered breakfast to be delivered by doordash. My picky eater her breakfast got really screwed up. I called doordash right back. The number I got gave me the driver and the driver didn't know what to do. It wasn't their fault that the order was wrong and not knowing how to resolve the issue myself. I called McDonald's spoke with Kyle. Not only was he very professional, he made the situation right and my picky eater was extremely happy even though I had to go and pick it up. It all turned out great. Another employee outside cleaning the drive-thru line we were talking back and forth about the experience. Between the manager Kyle the employee outside they gave such good customer service. I've had issues in the past with this McDonald's and they resolved it each time. However, this time I felt compelled to do a review because that customer service was outstanding and you just don't get good customer service like this anymore.

This is consistently the worst McDonalds in the quad city area. They constantly get orders wrong, they are incredibly slow, and their employees have the attitude that they just hate being there. I mean seriously, they're not doing brain surgery. How hard is it to look in the bag to make sure it's all there. Plus, they have no care about the customer having to do another 20 minute round trip to go back for something that should have been right in the first place. I know that it's not rocket science, but for goodness sake, have some pride in what you do, and pay attention. This location is an absolute joke. For what they pay these people, you'd imagine that they could provide some basic form of service. Not to mention, I've been in there both before and after a rush, and the place was filthy. Not one table or service area whiped down, trash all over the floor, and the bathroom was bbeyond gross. I worked fast food when I was 16, and I would have been fired instantly for being this incompetent. Absolutely horrible

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
