McDonald's Menu Prices at 4930 N Hwy 89 ★3.6 (2133)

I visited McDonald’s in Arizona near I-40 on 2/17/ 2026, at approximately 11:00 p.m. We went through the drive thru. My husband and I were driving cross-country, and this location was one of the only establishments open at the time. We ordered two Hot Honey McCrispy meals with one with hot honey sauce, mayonnaise, lettuce, and cheese. The other meal had everything that originally comes on the sandwich. At the speaker, the employee informed us that a few items were unavailable and mentioned that the restaurant would be closing in about four minutes. Despite this, the staff member was polite, and we thanked her for her help when we received our order. Once we arrived at our hotel and checked the food, we noticed several issues. The fries appeared to have been sitting for some time and were not fresh. My sandwich was missing lettuce, and my husband’s sandwich was missing both the lettuce and jalapeño chips. Additionally, one sandwich was not fully cooked, which was especially concerning. We understand that weather conditions may have played a role, as it had begun snowing about 30–60 minutes before we arrived in Arizona. However, I needed to eat in order to take my medication on time and I’m pregnant, so discovering that the food was incomplete and undercooked was very disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and food quality for future customers. I pray that no one else has a similar experience.

I'm not usually one to leave really nasty negative reviews, but too many times has this particular McDonald's charged me for additional things and then not provided what I've ordered. I ordered a McChicken with an extra Patty, for the third time now, it has come with only one patty.

Everytime I go something is always wrong and it’s so disappointing when you’re wanting something that you paid for and don’t get it I ordered the spicy mcchicken and you guys gave it to me without the spicy and my cheeseburger also had nothing I wanted on it so it was plain and dry didn’t know it could be so hard to put sauce on a sandwich

We use the mobile app to order at this location frequently. I like curbside pickup because it gives me a few minutes to breathe as I wait for my order. The past few times I have tried to enter my parking number, the app freaks out and quickly moves to a page that says "go to drive thru". Usually, this isnt a problem... gonto drive thru, get order. However, this time it was like asking the employees to solve a complex algebra problem.. deers in the headlight look all the way around. I get to the last window, speak to a young man who is interrupted by a young woman with curly hair, ponytail, and glasses asking if the order was for so and so, I said yes and she told the kid to grab it from the counter. As this was happening, I was explaining to her the app issue and she walked away half way through the conversation. I wouldn't have even posted a review, but it is so very rude to walk away from a customer who is explaining something to you, nicely even.

Overall great 😃 just some of the workers can be like looking at you like I did something wrong or they just stand around and there's someone in line they walk by them, I get it it's a fastfood chain but is an excuse to blow everyone off if they're waiting or standing in line or waiting at the window and not one "hi how are you", "hi how may I help you" I see the managers doing this and some older employees and a couple nice teens but it changes from every shift like breakfast amazing outstanding work place, lunch goes doing to it's good moderate some employees from breakfast are still working waiting to go home then you notice the difference toward dinner. Yes I've eaten here but on different days and different changes throughout the days, noticing the difference is huge. At this point I always gotta see what I'm going to go through after I order my food. Having that feeling but the food is always good Everytime I thank everyone for the hard work and take time to say hi and mini conversation work is still there it's not going nowhere.
