McDonald's Menu Prices at 3423 N Hunt Hwy ★3.5 (1026)

Do not dine in unless you have a lot of time and like cold food. Went with my 4 year old as a treat for lunch. 1045am thought we wouldnt have to wait long. I ordered a happy meal and a lg drink for myself. After waiting 20 min my child was done playing in the play place and was hungry and the food still wasn't done. Another 5 minutes I went to the counter and wait 3 more minutes for someone to ask if I needed help I asked where my food was. THEY WERE STILL WORKING ON IT. I thought ok hot food need to be made fresh. Once I got it I gave it to my child who refused it because it was cold. I touched it and it was cold. I complained and the staff said they just made it and I was being difficult. Never again. My child was upset and they didn't care at all. So I guess I have to go to Coolidge McDonald's where they are a little better

Placed a Curbside order for two sausage burritos and two hash browns, through the McD app. When I got to the restaurant, the app wouldn't let me tell then I was there and at what spot. It told me I had to go inside. When I walked in, no one greeted me or asked if they could help. They just looked at me for about a minute before a lady asked me my name and told me that my curbside order was in "Stage" because I didn't say that I was at the restaurant. I told and showed the lady that the app didn't give me a choice and that I had to go inside. Her response lacked any type of empathy or said "I'm sorry", but just said, "Well, there's your order" and pointed to the bag. Didn't care, either way! With all this, I should have checked the order before I left, because when I got home, the food was cold and they shorted me one hash brown. Definitely wasn't worth the price I paid! I see why this locations rating is a 3.5! Just wanted to let people know that if they choose this location, to expect low customer service and to make sure you check your order before you leave. (If I ever do, I'll go in or use the drive thru) Enter at your own risk!

This location is the best. Always good service and I always get what I'm craving. I'm mostly updating this review to compare this location to the Johnson Ranch location just north. The Johnson Ranch location is awful, come to this one instead. Update as of 7/2/23: I still like this location, but what is up with the fries!? Recently, I've been getting less fries when I order large. Feels like management is telling employees to not fill the fries container all the way up to save money. This has been consistent for my several last visits. See my pics. General Manager, please respond as to why this is happening. *Edit, 8/10/23* Got a full large fries finally, so you get another star back. Keep it up! *Edit, 10/12/22* Got gypped on the fries again. Do better. *Edit, 5/8/24* You lost another star because you gypped me on fries again. Maybe this is one reason McDonald's is losing business? Something to think about.

Came here to keep the kid busy at the play area while waiting for my car tires to be replaced at Big O next door. The front of the restaurant has ZERO employees! No one at the register with all management hiding in the back running orders or doing anything other than helping customers. I downloaded the McDonald's app and scanned it in the code at the stupid kiosk. Yes, kiosk... this location has NO ONE at the register and ONLY ONE kiosk!! I had issues with the kiosk and pressed the button for help since there was NO ONE up front to ask. After 5 minutes, another customer had to help me with my issue so they could use it to place an order. We never got the kiosk to credit my McDonald's account, so I'll be deleting that trash app. If I'm not getting the points, I don't have to have my email flooded. Then we finally get our food and my kids Happy Meal is missing the toy and my meal didn't come with the Buffalo Sauce or any sauce that I asked and paid for... at least going to the counter to get those was fast and friendly. The manager finally started covering the front. Still no other employee to help. Lastly, several employees saw the light on the kiosk and simply ignored it. Worst McDonald's visit. The bathrooms were meh also. Not filthy but not clean.

It is very slow here, I had to wait an hour to get my food and it was cold even though I kept asking them for my order. Every time I ask they would tell to wait a minute and they go check and never get back to me with a response back! I’m so mad with this place. I even order a hot chicken mcspicy and the patty was hard! I’m so annoyed with this place!
