McDonald's Menu Prices at 16275 West Yuma Rd. ★2 (342)

POV: you're a diabetic and order a Diet Coke, but have to test it EVERYTIME because they can never get it right and you don't want to end up in the ER again!!!!!! And once again my Coke that was marked diet was not! The rock hard bun on my cheeseburger was a nice finishing touch. Good job guys keep up the letdown!

Horrible set up. Mid life crisis McDonalds decor. Took almost 30 mins to get food. Missing straw, napkins, and happy meal fries. You know basics. Front counter is so unfriendly set up and not welcoming. Have to flag down someone to help. Manager no accountability for poor service going on. Just looks at you what do you need? No apologies. Avoid this and the buckeye watson locations. My guess is same franchise owner who doesn't care. And to top it off they didn't honor their posted special and overcharged my 11 year old for his ice cream. Great place.

Orderd 4 breakfast sandwiches and only got 3. 1 sandwich was a correct order and the 2 Caramel Frappe as well. I would NOT recommend going back they still charged for the whole order and the wrong price of sandwiches. What was in the bag? 2 Sausage biscuits and 1 Sausage egg mcmuffin. The told us "one of the sandwiches don't have sausage they ran out of Sausage" 🤨 made no sense if we got all sausage in the sandwiches.

Whatever man was on the speaker around 6:30pm Wednesday March 4, 2026 was unnecessarily rude. I understand that customer service is a hard job but don’t take your frustration out on the next customer. I hope your day got better though. For some reason the McDonald’s in Goodyear are both awful. This location AND the one off Estrella. The customer service is ridiculous. The drive through time is a bit slow but has gotten better. There is no one at the register inside. I ended up leaving without food or drink because I didn’t want food from an unhappy employee.

Came to this location to get breakfast for the family. Quickly made me remember why I try to avoid fast food. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwich meals with drinks and coffee. Ill start with a simple mistake. Coffee that was given was incorrect I get it something small, but next when given my food luckily I checked AT THE WINDOW before leaving.. every sandwich that was given was just buns... literally just the bread nothing inside. Not 1 not 2 not 3.. all 4? Was really confused told the lady she looked at me crazy. She went back for about 5 minutes came back and apologized I asked if I ordered it incorrectly she mentioned no they just forgot. Got my food didnt think to look at it again got home I guess I was vegan for the day 🙃 .. I was also too caught up in what happend forgot about the drink they didnt give me... reached out to file a complaint. The GM called to try to make it right by remaking the food. Went back and whatever manager was on shift didnt realize we could hear all the garbage she was talking while not being able to see them remake it. Mentioning that we lied and she's the one that made it... well if youre the one that made it you need to get checked out because your hallucinating lady.. I ended up not trusting the food called the gm told them I felt uncomfortable so I was going to just leave. Went back waited for about 5 or more minutes to ask for my receipt back but they were to busy in the back talking crap to realize I was there listening and waiting. Sad sad sad. I get its fast food, but this was ridiculous can't trust this location.
