McDonald's Menu Prices at 170 W Continental Rd ★3.6 (1230)

No photos needed here--it's a McDonald's and everyone knows what a value meal looks like. Anyway, this is my third time here and the second to eat inside. Ordered what is becoming an overpriced value meal: small coffee, hash brown, and a tiny sausage mcmuffin. Kiosk process and the time it takes is now the norm. What has also become normal is the 12 to 15 minute wait for a value meal!!! If you're subtracting the egg and increasing the price by $1.99 and increasing the time it takes to deliver the value meal to the customer, then where is the value? No, really, where is it? Finally, please save all of us the time and energy. Please refrain from posting the canned corporate response to this review. It will be overlooked.

What in the trypophobia is this? I ordered two medium smoothies, paid almost 10 bucks and my smoothies were only 3/4 full, so that sucked

Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite on the go or taking a few minutes to eat inside, the service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. The team here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows every time. This is my go-to spot in the mornings—nothing beats it! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I’m never disappointed with this McDonald’s but today I was. I got the 2 burger meal with an iced coffee that I wanted large but was given a medium and their excuse was it’s because it’s cheaper. If I wanted a medium I would have ordered a medium. I also ordered a large fry but I was very skimped out on my fries this time as if I was given small or medium fries in a large container.

Fast food by design is supposed to be cheap, fast and convenient as well as satisfying. McDonalds simply misses the mark on these basic considerations. Unfortunately the McDonald's on Continental seemingly has perfected these failures to an art form. Pricing is simply out of touch with real world reality. There is no visible equitable value in attempting to conduct business with this establishment. When I can sit down dine with tableside service cheaper, I'm left left asking, "why bother" with McFailed's. When drive thru simplicity has been replaced by disorganized chaos, any sense of convenience is overshadowed by consistently botched and bungled order proficiency. The flavorless science experiment with ingredients that l can't pronounce is routinely misrepresented as "food", it simply leaves me unmotivated to want to return. Sadly going without McDonald's is unfortunately becoming the preferred choice. Most people fail to plan, McDonald's on Continental apparently has aggressively planned to fail. Even the drive thru site plan just to order seems to be at odds with customer convenience. I'm done with McDonald's on Continental.
