McDonald's Menu Prices at 11627 W. Lone Mountain Pkwy ★1.9 (201)

Terrible service. This location severely damages McDonald's already strained brand and reputation. I've never received an order that's complete/correct from this place. What's worse is now they started cancelling orders after a half hour or more of waiting (my last three orders have all been cancelled - through their native app for pickup, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats). If you (or your kids) insist on having McDonalds, drive to the four corners location about 10 min away. You can easily drive the extra distance, get your order, and get home in the time you'd be waiting in line or waiting for food at this location and the four corners location is much more likely to get your order right.

Food is McDonald's nothing special. No signs to see what you can order unless you use the kiosks. The service has a lot to be desired. Not sure if the employees can talk. Been here four times and I haven't heard them talk to one customer. They do an excellent job cleaning the store. Only go here because it's one of the only fast food restaurants in the area. I'll be trying other fast foods and a different McDonald's.

Extremely Slow. Incompetent and arrogant manager-Michael. I made online purchase and the window girl was so incopetent, kept arguing that the order was not paid for, even after she admitted she found the paid order and saw the receipt, but to save face, she lied to the manager stating the customer alleged payment. The manager was able to print the receipt but offered no apology for the staff behavior and proceeded to say the staff was great!. It's obvious this manager Michael is very Prejudiced as this is my 2nd dealing with him LYING. 1st time he lied that my order would take 10minutes after waiting on the druvethru line over 5 minutes and wanted me to park, but the order was ready almost immediately. So he wanted to waste my time. Michael appears very condescending and he should not be the manager of this store. This is a stone throw from my house but sometimes, I've had to drive all the way to the Lake Pleasant location to avoid bad service! I spend quite a bit here and his terrible attitude should not be my problem!!. The other people always provided great service (apart from slowness), till the "Lying Karen" at the Window and the manager-Michael came on board. Both should be removed till they are better trained in customer service, bras-training, and for heaven's sake- knowing their jobs!. All-in-All, this is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to due to Extremely SLOW service, they've messed up my order multiple times leading to me getting back in the long wait drive thru line, and most recently rude, lacking bias-training (this is being generous), arrogant manager who upheld the incompetent and severely defunct behavior of the girl at the window!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They had everyone parking around the corner to receive their food because they had to make fries. Then their employees were bringing the food to your car. I was delivered a fry that was literally half empty so I asked for a new fry that was actually full. The lady brings out a fry, on a serving tray, not in a bag.. the fries were scattered across the serving tray so she used her hand that she just used to open the door to touch my fries and put them back into the container. I made a comment that the whole thing was gross and her response was “well we clean the trays” … even though I can clearly see the tray was very dirty. And I responded that it was gross to have my food sitting on a surface that was clearly not clean but then for her to touch them. She scoffed and said “so what you need me to go get you ANOTHER one then?!” At this point I was pissed and disgusted, not to mention that I had been sitting there waiting for about 10 minutes. So I said no I don’t want more dirty fries that you have touched. Oh and the second fry was half empty also. To make it all worse, I get home and all the fries we had for our 4 meals were cold (we live 3 minutes away). And both of our happy meals should have had extra fries instead of apples but they gave us apples instead.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Aside from going numerous days running cash only in the drive-through and the first two weeks after opening not having ice cream at all – my last visit took me 20 minutes to get three breakfast burritos. The only reason I got them after 20 minutes was because I asked for a refund. A few days later grabbing dinner there were two cars in front of me yet it took 12 minutes to get through to get my food and I was given nuggets instead of chicken strips.
