McDonald's Menu Prices at 3501 W Bethany Home Rd ★3.6 (3004)

I ordered online and we waited about 25 mins to receive our order when they sent a notification saying we had to go through the drive thru for it and when we let them know they couldn’t find our order on their system & they had to take our order down again and they didn’t give us our hash brown or Large coffee. We went back in the drive thru at let them know and they gave us a medium coffee and we told her we paid for a large & she said “ayyy dios mio” & literally just poured the medium cup into a large as shown in the picture and she gave us attitude and left us talking alone & when we showed her the receipt she said we were lying talking about she knew she gave us everything and didn’t give us the hash brown that was paid for. Acting as if it was our fault for her not doing her job correctly!

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's in the valley. Orders never right they always leave out nuggets from the value meals and cold food consistently. I Ordered the other day had to waite 15 min in lobby while my bag of food was sitting on prep station in back and when I finally received they left out nuggets again and my quarter pounder. Everytime I order from here food sucks. I go to the one across street at Walmart always on point and quick service. Only reason I ordered from here was by accident thought walmart location was set up for pick up but phone swapped it to this location. Also drive thru lines always backed up and have people sitting for a long time. I Personally hate this McDonald's it truly is the worst.

Best customer service I've ever received at a McDonald's. I came through the drive through ordering food for 13 people. There was a miscommunication, causing Frances' phenomenal team to have to remake ALL of the drinks. I thought I was going to be stuck there indefinitely because of the long line of cars. Instead, Frances, Ann, Fabiola, Natalie, and Ximena had my gigantic order 100% corrected and me on my way within just a few minutes. I am SO impressed, ladies! After a day of moving, your kindness and teamwork meant the world to me. Truly, THANK YOU.

They tell you to order on the screens to expedite service but if you order at the counter, your food comes out faster for some reason.

I always get great service in the drive through but the line was super long so decided to go in and order, who evers at the registure was super rude, and forgot my two kids apple juice that came in the happy meals. By the time i noticed we left and were super far to try and go back n get them.
