Five stars isn’t enough for this place.5 stars‼️‼️‼️‼️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I can honestly say this was probably the most patient and genuinely kind customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Leo and Matt (under their management) are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like I mattered — not like a number, not like a rushed transaction, but like a real human being who deserved their time and attention. I had a lot of questions. And I mean a lot. Not once did they rush me, brush me off, or make me feel like I was taking up too much space. Leo took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood all my options. Matt, Store Manager was just as attentive, calm, and helpful. The level of patience they both showed was next-level impressive. What really stood out was how relaxed and welcoming they made the whole experience feel. You could tell they genuinely care about helping customers make the right choice rather than just making a sale. That kind of integrity is rare. They listened carefully, answered thoughtfully, and stayed upbeat the entire time. Customer service like this deserves recognition. If every business operated the way Leo and Matt do, the world would be a much less stressful place. I walked out feeling confident, appreciated, and honestly just impressed. Highly recommend this store — not just for what they offer, but for the incredible people who run it. Leo and Matt - are freaking awesome‼️‼️ THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ATTENTIVE ASSISTANCE TODAY MOST APPRECIATED!!

This is my go-to McDonald's since it's close to my house. Never really had any issues. Inside is clean. I usually use the drive through but since downloading the app, I just pick up.

This is one of the best locations I frequent. Occasionally they give me the wrong item or two. Coffee is sometimes burnt like really burnt. They always fix whatever is needed when I do bring it to their attention. Not perfect but what is. Gayle is awesome. Most of the employees are kind. Using the customer care link in the mobile app is a waste of time. They make you repeat yourself through 5 emails to no help.

One of the best McDonald's in Phoenix. Very good service, clean dining area. Great coffee! Update: on a return visit yesterday morning my wife and I enjoyed another breakfast snack. As predicted things were the same as before - very good service and food, and they were very busy.
