McDonald's Menu Prices at 5950 S. 35th Ave ★3.1 (697)

When I entered the restaurant no staff was at the front counter. Someone yelled "hello" from the kitchen area. A moment later a young lady walked up to the register and began looking at receipts on the counter. The young lady stood there for several minutes without making eye contact or greeting me. She then looked at me in silence for a moment before she asked "are you ready to order?" I said "Yes, I've been ready to order." I mentioned how she did not greet me. She responded "yes I did. I was over there." Motioning to the kitchen area. She then took my order and left the counter. Another staff member served my order (incorrect order) with a noticeable attitude and a smirk on her face. I shared my thoughts on the terrible customer service with the store manager (young pregnant woman) before I left. The customer service here is trash. This was a completely awkward interaction and I hope McDonalds leadership sees this review and makes some serious improvements to hiring and training practices! 🤢🤮

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location due to extremely unprofessional behavior from an employee. While waiting to be helped, the employee was audibly cussing under his breath about customers. It was noticeable, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing role. I understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, but openly using profanity around customers is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant. This experience made the visit unpleasant and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I hope management addresses this, as professionalism and basic courtesy should be the standard.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to they always rip you off they got me twice I’ve ordered the same order and two times they didn’t give me my extra cheeseburger.they never give you sauce for nuggets even though they ask you what sauce you want.they treat ketchup like gold if you get 3 large fries they give you 2 ketchups .the Inside is vey brutalist unwelcoming bathrooms need codes no self refill .all the employees look like they’re their against their will.

Usually this is a great location to get food but recently the restaurant is either really behind on getting items or very rushed and items/orders are missed or not communicated in person or even using the app. I do miss the old McDonald stores where you could actually see people behind the counter and not a concrete wall. Still like McDonald’s just some things need to change.

Travis had my sweet tea at my table just about the same time I sat down, very fast. When he brought the food he even brought the salt and pepper I asked for when he brought the sweet tea. Very good employee and very representative of McDonald's. Please tell him that he is doing a good job and he represents McDonald's well
