Here is another bad customer service review it is over a sundae! The staff looked miserable and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No friendliness or professionalism at all. Very disappointing experience.

Employees creating traffic jam in parking lot due to sending every vehicle from the drive through to park and wait for order 7 cars waiting to park , this is not acceptable. So much for fast food.

Constantly forgetting items from my order as well as families order. Forgot to include 2 double cheeseburgers and forgot to include Mac sauce in the Big Mac completely.

Too many high school kids hanging out in the lobby not eating which makes it hard to find a place to sit and eat your food.
