McDonald's Menu Prices at 23512 N 163rd Ave. ★1.6 (586)

This is by far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve been to. My wife and I occasionally eat out on weekends, and the service here is consistently terrible. We’ve waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to place an order when there are only a few cars in line, and then another 5–10 minutes to receive the food. On top of that, the order is often wrong or missing items. For example, I asked for extra Mac sauce and no pickles, but ended up with no Mac sauce and extra pickles instead. It’s frustrating when something that should be simple is repeatedly done incorrectly. I’ve even tried going inside to order, thinking it would be faster, but it wasn’t. The place seems to be run by kids who are more focused on their phones and joking around than doing their jobs. It really makes you wonder where the management is. Fast food isn’t rocket science. Customers expect quick service and accurate orders, and this location fails at both. We won’t be coming back and will gladly drive to another location instead. Management seriously needs to get this place under control.

I don’t leave reviews lightly, but this location has earned every word of this one. This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited in the 26 years I’ve been eating McDonald’s. Every single time I come here, something is wrong. The food is always cold, they’re constantly out of items, orders take 30 minutes or more, and when you finally get your food, it’s missing items, has the wrong drinks, and no sauces—EVER. I genuinely cannot remember a single visit where the order was correct. I have been here dozens of times, and I have NEVER received good-tasting fries. Not once. They are always ice cold, stale, and clearly old. I’ve actually gone out of my way to drive to the McDonald’s down Grand just to avoid dealing with the chaos, incompetence, and terrible service at this one. The staff is consistently rude and clearly doesn’t care. There is NEVER a manager on duty, which explains everything. If this were my franchise, I would fire the entire staff and management and start over—because whatever is happening here is a complete failure. Today was the final straw. I was missing my burger, given Diet Coke instead of regular Coke, received no sauces, and my fries were ice cold and disgusting. I tried calling the store—they don’t answer their phone. I called TEN TIMES. No answer. No accountability. Nothing. This place fails at food quality, service, accuracy, speed, and basic professionalism. I have never once come here and gotten good food, good service, or the correct order. Not once. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely. Go literally anywhere else. I won’t be back.

I have NEVER in my life had a fast food restaurant more CONSISTENTLY out of food and FREQUENTLY taking 15+ minutes to deliver your food AFTER you have paid. If there was a flagship store on “what not to do”, this would be the perfect location to feature. There are very limited options for fast food around here, but I would rather go home and cook and do the dishes than go here. It would probably be faster

I don’t know why I keep coming back here. At this point, it’s not even a restaurant — it’s a science experiment to see how badly an order can be messed up. This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited in the 26 years I’ve been eating McDonald’s, and that includes road-trip McDonald’s, gas-station McDonald’s, and “it’s 2 a.m. and I regret my life choices” McDonald’s. Every visit follows the same script: • The food is ice cold • They’re out of multiple items • The wait time is 30 minutes (for fast food…) • The order is wrong • Items are missing • Drinks are incorrect • Sauces? A mythical creature. Never seen, never included. I have been here dozens of times, and I can confidently say I have NEVER had good fries. Not once. I’m starting to believe this location doesn’t actually cook fries — they just recycle the same batch from 2017 and keep serving them until they achieve maximum staleness. The staff is rude, confused, or completely uninterested in being alive. There is NEVER a manager on duty, which explains why this place feels like it’s being run by vibes and guesswork. If this were my franchise, I would fire everyone, sage the building, and start over. Today was the grand finale: • Missing my burger • Got Diet Coke instead of regular Coke (the ultimate betrayal) • No sauces (again) • Fries so cold and stale I briefly considered using them as packing peanuts I tried calling the store. They don’t answer. I called TEN TIMES. Nothing. I assume the phone is decorative. I’ve literally driven to the McDonald’s down Grand just to avoid this one, and that says everything. This location is consistently bad in every possible category: food, service, speed, accuracy, and basic competence. If you enjoy disappointment, confusion, and cold fries, this is the place for you. Otherwise, run. This was my last visit.

Never in my life has a fast food restaurant consistently taking 30+ minutes to get your food regardless of how many people are in the line. The orders are wrong every time and because they are so slow, they just give our orders randomly to people. I’ve gotten other people’s orders twice now. Not to mention the workers fighting in the background and discussing their love lives.
