McDonald's Menu Prices at 8349 N Cortaro Rd ★3.4 (1414)

The chicken nuggets were ok, quarter pounder with cheese was pretty good. But what the heck happened to the Big Mac? Looks like sausage patties on a burger. Got to do better than that. 🤮

Another update. 2/3/26 I ordered on the app for pick up At 11:06 AM I arrived here at 11:20 AM There are no cars in line and I was asked to pull around and wait. I thought the point of ordering ahead was so it was ready for pick up When I got here Especially 14 minutes later. I just got my food at 11:24 AM. Why did it take? 18 minutes To make my cheeseburgers I ordered a head on the app??? This McDonald’s just continues to fail, but it’s the closest one to my house Update to the edit. I called at 20 minutes after paying. Whoever answered the phone said “oh they didn’t bring the ice out to you?” they offered me a third bag of ice And it still took another three minutes to bring me the ice. In total, I waited 26 minutes for three bags of ice. Edit 12/3/25 8:16PM. It’s been 17 minutes since I ordered. 14 minutes since I paid and I’m sitting pulled off to the side of the drive thru for 2 bags of ICE!!! The girl at the pay window took 3 minutes to take my card and only then did she tell her co workers she needed 2 bags of ice from the back. Then I was told to pull over to the left of the drive thru into the pull out area. Now that I’ve typed this it’s been 18 minutes for two bags of ICE! 7 or 8 cars have driven by me that have gotten their order. I’m just waiting for ice! Parked for five minutes already for a snack wrap and a cheeseburger. There’s three cars parked in front of me three cars behind me and they are parked backed up into the drive-through. Why am I parked at a fast food restaurant for a snack wrap and a cheeseburger it’s supposed to be fast. This isn’t my first bad experience with this McDonald’s and parking people either been parked just For a fry before. I ordered at 13:35 I got my food at13:49. 14 minutes for a snack wrap and a cheeseburger. They One person delivering food back-and-forth. Guy comes out with my FOOD, who’s a manager and asked me if I was the car. They had missing happy meals that had to be the car in front of me because the lady was absolutely pissed. I could see according to the manager. They are completely understaffed and upper management has done nothing about it. also, when the manager Brought out the happy meals that weren’t mine and I said how ridiculous it was about the wait time he said oh they haven’t brought that order yet that should have Gone out already. Here’s the kicker. The manager begged me to call and complain because of how short staffed they were and upper management didn’t care. Well I called the number on the receipt 4 times it rang through but went to a message that said “the user you are trying to reach has a voicemail box that has not been set up yet, goodbye” then hangs up

Best service I've had at any drive thru. They asked me to pull around to wait for my food due to a mix up on the line. A gentleman brought it to us promptly and threw in an apple pie free of charge for the wait. When I mentioned i was missing my Dr pepper, he went and brought it to us, with another pie! He didn't want us fighting over the 1 pie he originally gave us🤭. You guys are great. We normally avoid the Cortaro area because it's so dang busy, especially during the holidays, but I will never forget this awesomeness! Thank you!

This is one the worst locations in Tucson! Their food is never fresh and customer service is sub par. Multiple times where I wait for 5 to 10 minutes only to be served food that is not fresh, cold fries and the burgers not seasoned. McDonald's had allowed it's franchises to slack on quality of food. Even the buns are dried out! They need to have a talk with Andy the owner of this location.

Best McDonald's in all of Tucson! Employees are all nice and helpful and food is hot and tasty! This location is very good and I love getting my McDonald's coke here too!
