I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I placed a mobile order thinking it would save time, but it still took 30 minutes to get my food. Honestly, if I had just gone through the drive-thru, it probably would have been faster. When I finally got home and opened the bag, the sandwiches were basically thrown in there. They were smashed and falling apart inside the wrappers. It looked like zero care went into putting the order together — just tossed in a bag and handed out. On top of that, I ordered an iced coffee and an iced latte, and they tasted exactly the same. What’s the point of ordering two different drinks if they’re going to taste identical? It was honestly gross. Very frustrating experience, especially after trying to use the app to make things easier. Definitely not what I expected.

After waiting 15-20 mins because instead of serving you at the drive thru window they have you pull to the side, this is how I received my food cold and just thrown in the bag like mess. I feel like if Im going to at least pull to side and wait my food should at least be fresh and hot. Whoever runs this place needs to be checked. Dec 6 2:38ish pm

I think there will be a great fast food reset within the next 5-10 years where there will be a staunch push for quality, whole, healthily sourced food. There has been a significant and noticeable down trend in both quality, service and atmosphere in all fast food. Only a matter of time before market begins to reflect what we all see. Additionally, this establishment has the greasiest floor i have ever encountered and i slip with ever step and cannot stand still without my shoes sliding

The tables are dirty and the counter in front of carbonated beverage dispenser was filthy. My burger was greasy on the bun and they don't put napkins in your bag.
