Excellent service at this newly opened McDonald’s. Although their espresso machine wasn’t working at the time, the manager was incredibly kind and proactive, offering an alternative solution right away. Great customer service like this really stands out, I will definitely be back.

Awful. I don't write reviews but this is the worst establishment I've been to period. They're always out of something whether that's strawberries, cookies or ice cream. Any orders take at least twenty minutes no matter how you put them in. Staff is dismissive, unwelcoming and unhelpful. I know someone who has worked at this location and quit but I never realized how bad it truly is. Who ever is managing this needs to be fired immediately. At my most recent visit, the one that prompted me to make this post, I placed an online pick up order. They were out of all shakes so I substituted and everything was fine until we pulled up to the first window. We didn't get directions to the next window and there were two ahead of us. This completely messed up the flow of traffic and no one knew where they were supposed to go. We were there for at least ten minutes before we got our food and I was genuinely just happy that my fries seemed relatively fresh. Then, while eating my cheeseburger, I noticed the taste was odd and opened it to find char and old food from the grill. This is absolutely disgusting. It's literally a McDonald's run by ten year olds at this point but that's giving grace. The staff was honestly more focused on getting through orders if anything and still managed to do a poor job at that. I'm not even trying to be picky when I say they could careless about us. I understand, you're busy, you're working, you're tired, but could you at least do you job? I know for a fact at least one person is responsible for cleaning that grill. It has multiple reports of being unmanaged and dirty and I think the only reason they're still open is because of how big the McDonald's franchise is. I don't think a starving person would eat this. Considering it tastes like chemicals and gave me a stomach ache after two bites, it's inedible. I'm writing this review for anyone who lives in the area or is thinking about going. Find somewhere else, it's a waste of time and money.

And this is why people don’t go to McDonalds anymore. A dystopian sterile environment lacking any customer service or personality. All to minimize hiring employees. McDonald’s should learn the lesson of their two biggest competitors in the area, where lines are around the building, because they care about customer service. McDonald’s, are you listening?

The McDonald’s that just opened off of happy Valley and 79th Ave. has had amazing customer service even if we’ve had to wait a little bit for our food. They have came out explain the situation offered extras. They have done truly amazing and went above and beyond for us today.

I don’t know what the point is listing this company as a 24 seven McDonald’s but it’s really not. I’ve gone there several times around 11 PM and they simply never have anyone working. They either take super long or they just have no one working. But never change their hours. I’ve also gone and got food from them and there’s never been a time where I’ve got the right order or a customer an employee was actually happy to help me. I suggest we work on the service and our hours so we can make it better.
