McDonald's Menu Prices at 9251 E Shea Blvd ★3.5 (657)

I had quite literally the worst experience of my life at this McDonald’s. I waited nearly 32 minutes for a simple order while sitting inside the lobby. During that time, I went up to the counter multiple times asking about my food, only to be brushed off with the same dismissive response: “we’re working on it.” Not once did I feel acknowledged as a customer, let alone respected. Nobody was wearing name tags so no one can take accountability for this absolute poor service. When my order finally came out, I took it home only to discover that everything was ice cold. The sandwiches were so poorly made they weren’t even worth feeding to the homeless, they looked like they got ran over by an 18-wheeler. The complete lack of urgency, accountability, and care from this staff is absolutely unacceptable. If McDonald’s corporate values its brand, this location seriously needs to be retrained, restaffed, or restructured because what I experienced was nothing short of disgraceful. I attached photos of how I received my food…

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! The service was extremely slow, the staff is rude sometimes, and the playground eating area is filthy. No one bothered to clean up. Stay away!

An old lady took my order and started acting weird once I spoke Spanish to my mother. At first I thought she was hard of hearing but then later realized that she was being rude to me. This lady was talking to me as if I didnt know English. Not even that she kept an eye on my mother and I as if we were gonna steal FROM A MCDONALDS. When we were leaving she continued to stare at us while we were outside. I’ve never so uncomfortable in my life. Honestly I would be mad to if I was 70 and working at a McDonald’s.

Call that a daily double? And whats with both this location amd 64th and greenway smashing the buns and hamburgers? Cooks need to be retrained also wrappers keep smashing stuff i dont want a smashed burger and bun.

Update: like an idiot I came back here for a second time after the first visit (below)was so bad. I Ran in to quickly get a chicken sandwich and fries. Not only did it take 20 minutes, but I had ask about the order, and for a minute they could NOT see it? I placed it at the kiosk, and did not get a receipt. Then as I ate the sandwich, I pulled back the coating and saw it did NOT resemble any chicken I've ever seen before! I don't even know if it constitutes as food. It tasted awful. The whole place was chaotic! Do not make the same mistake I did! There's got to be something better down the street Sunday morning 10:30 a.m. it was a nightmare. The cashier girl that should have been able to see that our orders have been sitting back there bagged and ready to go for 20 minutes, didn't seem to understand it when I said, is that my order is, is that my order, is that my order (3 times)? She forgot my coffee, and then when I tried to grab her she walked away. The manager walked by hurriedly and I asked him for my coffee and he never asked a single thing and started pouring decaf. I asked him, did you just pour decaf? And he stared at me blankly as if he didn't know what he just did.
