McDonald's Menu Prices at Bakersfield — 93304 ★3.7 (2235)

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this McDonald's, and both times they got my order wrong. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit, but this is what I received—a biscuit with sausage and egg. I picked up my order on my way to work because it was convenient. When I called to report the mistake, they told me I’d need to go back for the correct order or request a refund. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. A straightforward job—getting the order right—was too much for them to handle. Terrible service-

Nice mcdonald's.With a fun table, It's the funnest table.I've ever seen at mcdonald's! The staff here is nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean and they accept EBT.

Usually staff is really nice but they're usually really busy and sometimes it feels like they don't really care about helping you. I say that because I was waiting for my order once for a long time and the staff saw me there and didn't bother to ask what my order was or anything so I had to ask someone about it and so they came back with it like 10 minutes later and it wasn't even made right. I've worked at fast food before and I know everywhere it's different but I know for sure if you see a customer standing there you at least ask them if they've been helped cuz you know you don't want them there. I can understand not being able to do that when it's really busy so you might not notice someone just standing there but it was surprising not busy that day (or at least when I was there). There have also been multiple times when I place an order online and use my points and I don't receive the items I got with my points and I never get them back. The only reason I keep going back to this place is because it's so close to where I work.

The line today was impacted due to The Grinch Meal release. It was about 10 minutes before we ordered and an additional 10 to get our food. I was disappointed that the two Grinch meals we ordered did not come with the dill seasoning we were very excited for, Not to mention both pairs of socks were blue. Which was unexpected since the promotion has 4 colors. Given that it was $15 (more than your usual meal) and the reciept has the seasoning listed. I expected better.

It’s a good place, but several times they haven’t given me my complete order. Now, every time I order, I have to double-check that everything is correct before I leave.
