McDonald's Menu Prices at Visalia — 93291 ★3.1 (1073)

I use the mobile ordering app all the time at the McDonald’s on Noble and have never had an issue. However, I decided to try this location, and unfortunately, they forgot my fries. I understand that mistakes happen, so I went back to get it fixed. When I got there, I pulled up to the ordering kiosk and explained the situation to an employee. He told me to come to the drive-through, so I did. After speaking to him again at the drive-through speaker, he told me to meet the manager at the first window. I waited there for about five minutes until the employee came up and asked if I was missing just one medium fry. I told him it was a medium fry and two small fries. He closed the window, then came back with just one medium fry and handed it to me, saying, “Here you go.” I told him he was still missing two small fries. He responded with attitude, saying, “That’s all that’s on the order.” I explained again that I had two meals that each included a small fry. He rolled his eyes, went back inside, and eventually returned with the two small fries, but his demeanor made me feel like this was somehow my fault. No manager ever came to speak with me, even though I was told they would. Meanwhile, I could see employees inside laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I hope that the team’s attitudes can be addressed. It’s not okay to treat customers this way, especially when they’re just trying to resolve an issue. This version keeps your tone natural and to the point while making the grammar and flow smoother. This place is a joke

Upper management needs to staff their location better to support their workers. Drive through & pickup times are exactly what other reviews say they are, 30 minutes or more. But I don’t even blame the workers, they’re not in charge of scheduling or staffing. They definitely need more support if they’re being left with minimal staff for being in a busy area. I’m not surprised that there’s reviews of workers being irritated or annoyed, I would be too if I was being berated daily & still not having backup.

This is NOT a 24 hours restaurant. Please update the hours to reflect the true closing times. It is misleading and a waste of potential customers time driving here only for the store/drive-thru to be closed. If it is 24 hours, then Management and/or Corporate should look into TIME THEFT. Otherwise, at least the mid-evening crew, seems to capture what the 90’s golden archs tasted like and service made this a stop worth at before, during, and some times after work. But my time is done. This would’ve gone to the email at the drive-thru but I wasted my time waiting for my order to be taken and missed my lunch break.

The slowest McDonald's drivethru in the country. I've gone multiple times hoping for a better experience but it's always the same. A sit-down restaurant has faster service.

Customer service could be a whole lot better and I feel like they just threw my food together
