The staff at this McDonald’s are extremely friendly and patient. They provide excellent service and always greet customers with a warm smile. The staff proactively asked if I needed any help, which made the experience feel very welcoming. The restaurant itself is also very spacious and clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. Overall, this location offers great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

We have stopped at this location off the 15 FWY on Commerce Pkwy near Lenwood Rd for years while on road trips, but today was our last time. The service was poor, with only one unfriendly staff member who directed everyone to kiosks despite the lack of a personal touch (I was fine with that as I ordered via the app). However, the real issues were the hygiene standards. The restrooms were disgusting and overflowing with trash, and to top it off, I found a hair in my hash brown which was the final straw. It’s a health concern, and we will no longer be spending our money here. Management needs to address the lack of staffing and sanitation. Sad to see the decline of a long time travel stop.

I recently visited here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was very slow, which I believe may have been due to a shortage of staff. I originally planned to use the drive-thru, but the line was long, so I decided to dine in thinking it would be faster. Unfortunately, it actually took longer than if I had just stayed in the drive-thru line. They had automated kiosks for placing orders, but that didn’t seem to improve the speed of service or overall experience. While the food itself was okay and met expectations, the wait time really took away from the visit. Additionally, the restrooms were dirty and clearly need more attention and regular cleaning. Cleanliness is important for a good dining experience, and this was disappointing to see. Overall, the visit was average at best. With better staffing, improved cleanliness, and more efficient service, the experience could be much better.

Drive thru female attendant seemed frazzled. When we reached the window to pay, our order was wrong, but we knew it was because the total we were given was way too much. Our wait in the drive thru line was a bit longer than usual. At the pay window, our order was wrong, but it was corrected after the window attendant called for a manager, which added to our wait. This restaurant is in a very busy location.

As good as can be at a fast food place like McDonald's. The young man at the counter was absolutely excellent add customer service. He can teach a masterclass in customer service, genuinely helpful, genuinely friendly and polite and knowledgeable. This location was very good. Great fries. Hot nuggets. Soda with the proper balance. Even the soft serve ice cream machine was working well.
