McDonald's Menu Prices at 1670 Millenia Ave ★3.7 (633)

I ordered extra onions and extra ketchup for my hamburgers. They forgot the extra onions and completely left out the pickles on both 😒 Also asked for light salt on the fries knowing they go heavy on the salt, they were so salty they were inedible on their own. Had to shake them to get some excess salt off and drown them in ketchup. I get i was the last mobile order for the night, but to completely omit ingredients and over salt to the point one can't consume it is not OK.

We ordered on the kiosk. It was after 8PM and we had just checked-in at the nearby hotel. Drive-thru was pretty busy and there were a few other customers inside. Our food came out in a timely manner with 0 issues. The female manager, I presume, had everyone in synched. Calling out orders and directing her staff. Everyone was courteous and everyone’s shirts were tucked in. The place was also pretty clean. I spend my better days in Active Duty and it was great to see this level of discipline at the McDonald’s. And if she’s not the manager she should be !

Be weary of this location. Recently placed an order through the app at around 10:30pm on 11/25/2025. When I showed up 10 minutes later, the doors were locked, even though the schedule displayed open until 12am. When I went thorough drive thru, the manager (Valerie) informed me, without explanation, that they were closed. When I asked about my order that was already paid for and ACCEPTED, she informed me that I could cancel it, using the same app. However, she clearly is not familiar with the app, because once it is accepted, it cannot be canceled. She then backpeddled and claimed the order would be canceled on their end, and I would not be charged for it. Well, it's been 5 days, and I was charged without refund or cancelation. The fact that they accepted the order even though they knowingly were closed to the public, shows an indescribable amount of unprofessionalism. So many factors would have kept this review positive: An explanation of why they were closed, a refund, a cancelation, a gift card for the paid amount, anything! But to be sent away without an explanation and got charged for items I did not receive? That's just inexcusable. Now I'm going to have to jump through inconvenient hoops to try and resolve this issue. Will edit my review, if issue ever gets resolved.

Today I decided to use my reward points and place an order for 10 pcs nuggets and 2 ice cream cones. Drove up to first window, got my receipt and went to the pick up window. When I was handed my stuff I asked if I could get a small cup of water with ice. The girl at the drive thru then had the audacity to tell me with an attitude that next time I need to ask for that at the previous window. This request was an obvious inconvenience to her. VERY POPR customer service by that girl. I didnt catch her name but wmahe was a younger weight challenged Latina. I've ordered water before with no issues. You need to do better McDonald's. This person does not belong in a position that is customer facing. I will never go back to this location.

I found (1/2in) chicken bone leftover, which I almost swallowed, in one of the nuggets I purchased from the store.
