McDonald's Menu Prices at 3610 Shaw Ave ★1.9 (158)

McDonald’s is not only a popular fast-food restaurant but also a place for family gatherings! However, this new McDonald’s is quite an unexpected experience. First, very few people come here to relax and read—the restaurant is often empty. Why is that? The kitchen constantly emits a loud, piercing beeping noise, probably from food timers or alarm beepers, and for some reason, nobody seems to address it. This might also explain why many negative reviews mention burnt food. You might want to experience it yourself—is it possible the employees have become desensitized to the noise? Second, every day, many DoorDash delivery drivers come in wearing pajama pants, weaving through the dining area without regard for seated customers. Combined with the slow food preparation, it’s common to see groups of delivery drivers loudly speaking on the phone in Hindi. The overall impression is one of insecurity and a low-quality environment.

This McDonald’s doesn’t get as much traffic which is nice for not having to wait in line or the drive thru. Staff are nice, no issues. Haven’t had an order messed up like the others in Clovis. When designing this place, they could have put the drive thru in a better spot. It can be difficult to U-turn and easily block the area if there’s a long line.

WARNING: If you go here PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE BITING INTO IT OR LEAVING. I took a bite of my burger and noticed it had a slightly off texture and taste. Come to find out after opening it up that it was the PLASTIC WRAP COOKED ONTO THE MEAT.. I drove back to see if I could have the order replaced or refunded and they remade the burger and fries. However it had been approximately 40 minutes since I had originally ordered at this point and the other items in the order had already gone cold and inedible and the drink had completely melted. So I asked the employee about those items they would not replace or refund them. Overall as a customer this was a pretty negative experience and I would strongly suggest avoiding this place.

We were really excited because it’s the new McDonald’s and it’s built closer to our house, but the food is normally burnt. They don’t like to help you at the only one register that is in the store. Everything else is kiosk or drive-through.

Ordered through drive thru and then the cashier rolled her eyes when I asked if I could input a discount through the app at the window. I completely understand if that was something that was complicated or impossible. A simple no would have been totally ok for me. I even apologized. When handed our order, they were missing one of the main items. I simply went back inside and asked for it. The person who handed the food to me nicely apologized. We get home and we see that the chicken are hard as rocks. They had also forgotten our shaker fries bag. If they ran out, I completely understand. As a former McDonald's worker, I can say that this location could be better.
