McDonald's Menu Prices at 1201 S Mount Vernon Ave ★3.6 (2554)

After placing my order online through their app. Getting to the restaurant I was told they Don’t accept mobile orders after 8pm. After explaining the app let me order and I had already paid I was told “we don’t control the portal so you’ll have to get a refund through them” . So I ended up having to pay twice in one night and now have to wait 7 days for a refund on my original order.

**Restaurant Review: McDonald's** During a recent visit to McDonald's, I had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional dine-in service that surpassed my expectations. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming and efficiently managed, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness and orderliness. The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the food, which was hot, fresh, and ready in a remarkably short amount of time. The meticulous preparation and prompt service ensured that my meal was enjoyable from the first bite to the last. A standout aspect of this experience was the exemplary customer service. Although I couldn't recall the name of the gentleman who took my order—he wasn’t wearing a visible name tag, but was easily identifiable by his highlighter safety vest—his professionalism and courteous demeanor left a lasting impression. His attentive service added a personal touch that is often rare in fast food establishments. The restaurant itself was pristine. Every area, from the dining section to the restrooms, was impeccably tidy, enhancing the overall dining experience. The attention to maintaining a clean and orderly environment is commendable and contributed significantly to the pleasant ambiance. In conclusion, this visit to McDonald's demonstrated a harmonious blend of quick service, delicious food, and outstanding customer care. The experience was nothing short of marvelous, and I look forward to coming back soon!

This happened on Thursday. I placed a mobile breakfast order about 10–15 minutes before breakfast ended and walked over to pick it up. When I got there, I waited around 8 minutes before anyone even helped me - and during that time, they helped someone who came in after me. When the cashier finally checked, she went to the back for several minutes just to come back and tell me they “aren’t doing breakfast anymore.” I explained that I ordered before breakfast ended, so it should’ve been made or at least set aside, but she just said it was canceled and that I’d get a refund - no apology or explanation. Even another customer said that was crazy. To make it worse, when I checked my phone later, they hadn’t even canceled the order, so I had to cancel it myself in the app to get refunded. Just really unprofessional and disappointing service overall.
