McDonald's Menu Prices at 18120 Arrow Blvd ★3.1 (147)

All meals no fries. Every time I go they mess something up or forget something. Food prep is a mess every single time. Been here like 5 times since its opened and they can never get it right. Either missing food like this time or wrong order and it always takes close to 15 mins for a small family meal. This is the last time McDonalds robs me of my hard earned money, my time and my food.

Just wanna say poor service, they had me wait on pick up 2 for 30 minutes, I only ordered a 10pc meal and 2 cheeseburgers, while 3 other cars passed Behind me with their food and I know they had more food than me, so I don’t get what’s the deal. Poor staff indeed, please hire well experienced workers. I can’t deal with very un efficient staff.

racism. if I could give this location a 0 i would. I went to pick up an uber order when I witnessed a manager being racist towards a black male costumer. The customer gave us a number and name and asked other customers in the front if they could see if one of the bags on the shelf was his because he couldn’t see. it sure was his order when the manager who has red hair and looks like she’s in her 50s asks him for a receipt. mind you she didn’t ask anyone else for a receipt. and the customer said he didn’t have one because someone had placed the order for him. this was true because he was giving the name and order number before he even reached the shelf and could pretend to be someone else. the manager refused to give it to him until she eventually budged. after he left the manager told everyone that he had stolen the food which was not true. not only is this immensely unprofessional but incredibly racist. after he left she didn’t even ask any other customers for their receipt and everyone else there was white. won’t be supporting this location at all or mc donald’s if they don’t change this.

Talk about buyer beware! If they forget items you’ve already paid for, either be prepared to return back to the store or say goodbye to your money. Never dealt with such rude and incompetent staff. I’ve definitely had to get refunds before and have managed to do so over the phone or through the app. Not the case here. Definitely will not frequent a business prepared to just straight up steal from their customers…

Who manages this place you need to retrain EVERYONE at this location I've been here a few time and I can honestly say it is horrible I've made online orders and every single time I've had to wait over 20 Mins for my food ( i mean, honestly, how long do I have to wait for a burger? That's already made) this was the first time no one is ever at the counter to help you. Give them the benefit of the doubt. So I came again ordered breakfast and still waiting breakfast.Isn't even being served anymore
