Everything that I ordered tasted and felt off-brand. My nuggets were cold, soft and didn’t taste good. My apple pie was not like McDonald’s usual pies.

The problem I find is that McDonald's all over is going downhill. This is the new 5 star McDonald's experience. They have a few parking spots, dining room is small. Everything is through screens and applications. The difference, this McDonald's still gave me a refill when others are removing that offering. The meat patties were slightly smaller, but at least here they still had flavor of the seasoning. The staff were kind enough to make adjustments when I told them I had problems with adding pickles to my sandwich. This McDonald's in 2000 would be a 3 to 4. But in today's 2025, they are actually one of the better ones as everyone else is just disappointing for these prices.

I made an mobile order through drive thru & seen there was a long line so I got down & asked for my order indoors. Employees there said I had to go through drive thru to receive my order making everything so complicated & did not seem to care about helping customers. Also took them 10 mins attend me just to tell me that I have to go through the drive thru , bad experience
