McDonald's Menu Prices at 12201 Trade Center Rd ★3.3 (1358)

I rarely eat fast food, but we were skiing and were looking for a quick and easy breakfast. We got food here 2 mornings. We used the drive thru and I'm not familiar with their menu. You can't see a full menu at the drive thru, or at least not quickly which is what's needed. The first day, I asked for chicken or turkey on an egg McMuffin because I don't eat pork. I got that, but the substitution cost doubled the price. Really? The second day, I got a chicken biscuit with cheese. It was ok, but pretty dry. It's a breaded chicken patty on a biscuit with no sauce or spread. My husband loves the McGriddle with sausage and was happy with his choice the first morning. He had an Egg McMuffin with sausage and cheese.

After we ordered our meal. We sat down to eat. Then the guy in the wheelchair went over to the garbage cans with a tray that you serve people with and push down the garbage with the tray. Then he started taking the trash from the other garbage can with his bare hands and putting it in the garbage. Can that he pushed down then he put the tray back behind the counter without sanitizing it so that next person who receives a meal is going to get that nasty tray. Also, there was a gentleman in there with the Mohawk listening to his music, playing the same song over and over, then another employee stood up, took a drink of his soda and it went all over the floor. I don't think any of it went into his mouth. Then he took the dry mop and mopped it up which smeared it all over the floor. So then the guy in the wheelchair mocked it up again with the dry mop and a big wet spot of Sprite on the floor so when you stepped over it it was sticky. I will not be going back to this McDonald's ever again. Oh I failed to say that when I got my chicken sandwich it was squished.

These days I seldom write reviews anymore, unless the place really exceeds expectations. This is the best McDonalds in the world! Seriously, upon entering the associates greeted us and as we were five people with three kids they gave us plenty of time to choose. When the order was ready they served us at the table like if it was a regular restaurant. And the same happened to several other families and groups that came in at around the same time. The manager and the associates were really smart and on top of things. This is so rare nowadays in any establishment and in particular in fast food. Wow they made us happy

It's a McDonald's, this one I've eaten at since it was built, late evenings usually has ok food sometimes the burgers are overcooked and the fries are over salted and never full. This last time on Halloween night they were really busy I did a mobile order for a 20 piece nugget and 2 medium fries I got an extra medium fry for free through the app, also got a double cheeseburger small fry 4 piece nugget and small drink deal about 9:30 pm I went to pick up my daughter from work and went home to eat, I knew my frys would be cold but no big deal I have an air fryer to reheat them in the problem was their were sauces a bunch of napkins 2 straws for some reason with only 1 drink the burger was there the 4 piece was there 3 half full medium frys were there but no 20 piece nuggets in the bag, I tried to call but its an automated message that no matter which option you pick you can't talk to someone about it, so I went in the next day and told someone about it and was told by some young man that I should have came back in that night because there's nothing they can do, I am not going to drive all the way back into town after getting home at 11:00 pm knowing the store is probably closed so I'm out the cost of my meal and I didn't get to eat dinner that night, I'm very upset guess I'll just get my food somewhere else.

Very disappointed in the service received. Placed order in drive thru and was instructed to park in one of curbside pickup spaces out front, which is fine. There was only one curbside space available so parked there in #5. But once the order was ready the person running the food walked outside and just looked at the parked cars and went back inside without checking with customers to see who's food it was. So walked inside and heard the gal telling them that the customer took must have took off. I said next time u can at least ask, got my food and carried on. Got down the road opened my burger to find an American cheese prep table sticker inside my burger. Wasted money why would someone eat a sticker. Disappointed
