McDonald's Menu Prices at 6959 Atlantic Avenue ★3.5 (1939)

Well, the drive thru line moving too slowly lately...maybe need more workers. This slows down the service as well. I gave the benefit of the doubt though. Employees are efficient and pleasant at windows. Adding Review: The drive thru line here was quite long this morning, and the wait was rather slow but we wanted coffee and were hungry on way to an appointment. Was getting nervous. and did a few slight honks to try and rush up line. Anyway, when I got to the first window we were told a certain card machine was not working and we had to go inside to make the transaction. ? We said no we had to go....after waiting all that time. (The card was our preferred payment method at the time.) Little upsetting. The (2) two window employees were rather pleasant, however. The location is more convenient at times, but the lines are quite slow for the most part. Too slow for us anyway. Adding review; Good improvement all around and on faster drive thru line; and employees very pleasant. Especially at the 2nd window, a regular there, female. Great improvement on wait time and very good and efficient staff at windows, nice and pleasant as well. Good job!

My mother ordered us McDonald’s not too long ago for dinner. Overall I was excited to receive my dinner because we often times go to this establishment because it is convenient and close to home. Another reason I like about eating at this McDonald’s is that their Ice-cream machine is always working. Which is good because most McDonalds that I have been to would often say it’s broken which is a huge disappointment. Although I do enjoy eating here, I did have a negative experience with the mail that I purchased. I purchased their new menu item, which is Chicken strips that come in a quantity of four, A fry and a drink. When I receive my chicken strips, I was extremely disappointed by the appearance of them. One of my chicken strips looked like it was all shriveled up and dried out. It was not even a full chicken strip it. I honestly don’t know what it was, but it made me very disappointed . I do hope in the future that you guys will do better and that I won’t have to experience this again.

There is a lot of students just hanging out . Loud, no control of the environment. They at times get my order incorrect . Shift management seem to not have proper skill to run operations smoothly and efficiently. Instead of stepping in she'll remove someone to help in that area and now front counter is waiting with long lines.

I don't usually write bad reviews. But tonight was really bad at McDonald's. The line was super slow 🐌 then when I got to order they only said anything else? Anything else? Anything else ? Like cmon cmon. I asked if I could get a fish sandwich. Anything else? Then I noticed he listed 2 sandwiches. After I asked he said, Anything else? So then when I got the drinks both were the same even though I asked for 2 different drinks. But I guess that was easier. And finally the food... I got the fish sandwich and it was so badly burned and over cooked I could not eat it. It was like burned rubber. See the pics. So I drove to jack in the box and re ordered a dinner meal. My friends I texted pictures told me not to go to this McDonald's probably because it's so close the freeway they don't care. Lesson learned.
