My partner placed a late night order for our family. He got four of the $6 meals “three plain for the kids”, plus an extra cheeseburger and two large sodas. The total was $33.86. When he got home and we opened the bag, two of the plain burgers for the kids were missing. We called the store right away, but no one helped. The phone was picked up and then hung up on us or they acted like they couldn’t hear. When we went back in person, they refused to fix the mistake without a receipt, even though my partner had clearly explained what happened. He had rushed out and unfortunately misplaced the receipt, but it was an honest and obvious error. After nearly an hour of being ignored and dismissed, they finally gave us the missing burgers but they were sloppily thrown together and poorly wrapped. They didn’t feel sanitary or safe, and we honestly weren’t comfortable giving them to our kids. This wasn’t just about a missing item. It was about the complete lack of care, compassion, and basic respect especially when it comes to food meant for children. Mistakes happen, but how you respond and treat people really matters.

The place was busy but well cleaned and maintained. The A/C was perfect for the heat. I purchased the Big Mac Meal and got the Monopoly tickets, great deal.

Got 7 items that in the app and kiosk all claim to come with monopoly stickers, but when my food was served, none of my items came with a monopoly sticker... When asked about it, the manager lied, saying the monopoly event had already ended, but online, it says it doesn't end until tomorrow

I would give no stars. I come every morning before work and order a large coffee with 5 cream and 10 sugars on the side, I never get greeted with a goodmorning or anything. When I get my coffee They set it on the counter don’t say thank you, here you go, or have a good day. I’m starting to see the use for the kiosk because it seems the kiosk has better customer service than an actual human being. This McDonald’s is a testament to “Customer Service is dead”

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unsafe Food Handling and Unprofessional Conduct Dear McDonald’s Management, I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location. During my visit, the employee who handed me my coffee did so by gripping the cup by the lid—immediately after handling money. This is a clear violation of basic food safety standards, and I was alarmed by the lack of hygiene, especially given how easily contamination can occur in this way. I politely asked if the staff had undergone ServSafe (CERF) certification, as proper food handling protocol specifically advises against touching the lid or food contact surfaces after handling cash. I then brought up my concern to the manager on duty. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern respectfully, the manager dismissed me, saying I was “exaggerating,” and proceeded to make unprofessional facial expressions that were mocking and inappropriate. I attempted to have a calm conversation about the importance of food safety and whether employees were trained, but I was ignored, made fun of, and treated disrespectfully by staff. This experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and concerned about the safety standards at your restaurant. I expect McDonald’s, as a global brand, to uphold the highest standards in both hygiene and customer service. I ask that this issue be investigated and addressed, that the staff—including management—be reminded of proper food handling protocols, and that customer concerns be treated with professionalism and respect

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
