McDonald's Menu Prices at 5008 N Figueroa St ★3.8 (1489)

Slowest drive thru ever. Not sure why it takes them so long to fill orders, it's not rocket science. It shouldn't take 23 minutes to get 6 cars thru! And when I told the manager at the window how long it took, when I finally got my half-melted smoothie (it obviously sat on the counter while I was waiting), he just gave me a dumb look like he didn't care. Lousy service! Don't go here!

I had the 10 pcs Chicken Nugget’s Combo for dinner. The food was fresh and my fries was fresh and crunchy. My food was served by Oscar. He was friendly and helpful. He asked if I needed some condiments with my food and I told him yes please I would like some ketchup and black peppers and ranch dressing for my nuggets. The place was nice and clean and was surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of parking.

The McDonald's is ona great location. The time to obtain your food takes too too long.

1-13-24 Friday the 13th came on a Saturday this year. I decided to ignore the DV and to eat Sausage Egg McMuffins again. The price including tax has gone up. It was $6.02 last September. It is now $6.57. 12-20-23 McDonald's Sausage Egg McMuffin is delicious. I looked forward to buying it every week. But on September 29th I looked up the nutrition information and found that it contains 12 G of saturated fat. That's 60% of the DV. I had pain in my lower legs last Summer. It hurt to walk. I thought it might be because I was eating so much saturated fat. I stopped eating Sausage Egg McMuffin and the pain went away. This doesn't prove that the Sausage Egg McMuffin was the cause, but I hesitate to eat them again. 6-19-23 McDonald's grilled chicken salad looked so delicious on their website that I went to the restaurant and ordered it. I was disappointed to find out that they don't carry it. That's why they get one star. I'll give them two stars for service since I had to wait about 3 minutes for someone to appear to take my order. The register receipt I got with my order offered a free Egg McMuffin if I did the feedback and bought one. So I did the feedback and went to the restaurant. But I went at noon and they don't serve breakfast after 11:00. On the website I saw that they served breakfast from 6:00 to 11:00, not realizing that the 11 was a.m. not p.m. Denny's serves breakfast all day I thought, so why not McDonald's? 7-8-23 I returned to McDonald's with my register receipt with the validation number on it. I handed the receipt to the clerk and told her I wanted the same two Egg McMuffins for the price of one. She mumbled something and had a problem with her terminal. A supervisor had to help her several times. When she handed me my receipt, I saw that it was a dollar more than last time. "Price increase?" I asked. When I got home I saw I didn't get two Egg McMuffins after all. I got two Sausage Egg McMuffins. They were worth the additional cost. I'm going to have Sausage Egg McMuffins after this. But I wondered what the actual cost was. I couldn't find the price anywhere online. So I called McDonald's corporate headquarters. They couldn't tell me and said a manager from the local McDonald's would call me. After 4 hours I didn't get a call so I called the local McDonald's. The phone was busy. The next two times I called I got an answering machine that said its memory was full. The next day, in the afternoon, when the manager didn't call me, I called McDonald's again and again the answering machine said its memory was full. 7-15-23 The next week I went to McDonald's and ordered two Sausage Egg McMuffins. I took a picture of the menu over the counter to see if I could find what the posted prices are. But, as on the Web site, there are no prices. Only calories. The next time I'm at the restaurant I'll ask about the "4.49" before the calories. It's not labeled. The two Sausage Egg McMuffins cost $5.50. The next week I went to McDonald's and ordered two Sausage Egg McMuffins. I asked the manager with the "4.49" meant and didn't get an answer. I'll try again next week. 4.49 is the cost of a meal. 8-11-23 3 weeks ago the staff at McDonald's were wearing masks. I wasn't wearing a mask. So two weeks ago I wore a mask. The staff were wearing masks. Last week I wore a mask and the staff wasn't wearing masks. This week I wore a mask and the cashier was wearing a mask under his chin. The next week I wore a mask and service was so fast I get didn't have time to check whether or not the staff were wearing masks.

The customer service offered here from the workers to the managers is horrible . I went in today to grab my son a grinch meal and they forgot to put the socks in . He was so excited for them and unfortunately wasn't given any. I come back to this location and was treated with such disrespect. I mentioned I had called prior to coming back and was asked to go to the front and would be given 2 pairs for the inconvenience. One of the young workers there gave me a dirty look and said "I didn't answer the phone so idk who she spoke to" and walked away , the gentleman that was at the register completely walked away . When a manger finally arrived and I began explaining he went on to say I was lying !!! Mind you I told him to feel free and check his cameras to check and he then said it's impossible my workers forgot to give you the socks. Again I repeated well if you don't believe me check your cameras he proceeded to shake his head and didn't offer a solution to a simple mistake his team made. At this point I was already upset , why would I possibly LIE for a pair of socks and why would I just try to come back to get a pair of socks , the drive back was already inconvenient as it was and then I get here and get treated this way. I called a different location and spoke to the manager TERESA and I'm thankful she corrected the problem and provided understanding and great communication and outstanding customer service! WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION .
