McDonald's Menu Prices at 5601 E RAMON ROAD (Walmart #1832) ★3.5 (299)

The older female employees are disrespectful if you ask for ranch. lol my son doesn’t like ketchup, I told her, this is the only McDonald’s that refuses I have no problem at any other McDonald’s in the valley. She than handed me a ranch with attitude saying, “well I’ll talk to my boss and tell them that people are giving out ranch when there not supposed to.” Like Wtheck. I was embarrassed for her, I feel bad for the young kid employees also theyre so rude to them. The restaurant was also full of flys and tables were dirty. I don’t do reviews but this was not the first time this happened here. No class unprofessional.

Fraud. Placed an order through the McD app on 12/15/2025 at 07:17pm, waited in front of the counter after we got done shopping at Walmart and finally had to ask if my order was ready. I was then told they were out of fish. I asked for a refund, was informed by the store manager that they could not issue refunds in-store. Could not cancel my order through the app either even though I did not received ANY of the items. Not sure if it’s a McD app flaw or if the store marked the order as complete on their end even though they did not complete my order. I had to call corporate the next day, was informed by the rep that the store leader would contact me regarding the refund. It is now 2/27/2026 and no one from McDonald’s has ever reached out to me or issued the refund. I followed up with corporate a few times, kept getting told the same thing. They basically charged me in full for an order that I never received.

Most of the time I get breakfast here. I wanna say for a fast paced business. The team works their tail off. I wanna say thank you to the whole team as well as to my morning crew Anthony, Morgan, Maggie,Jocelyn and Lupe. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they’re such an amazing team. Keep up the good work guys!!! Teresa🤗

In Palm Springs the McDonald's Inside the Walmart is actually very nice , very well maintained. I noticed it is clean throughout the day despite the high flow of customers during the day , Walmart does tend to get busy. We didn't eat we just had coffee ☕ my partner however had iced caramel coffee which looked amazing 🤩 They have very comfortable chairs near the entrance, they have booths as well. 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I recommend this McDonald's any time of day.

We came in and ordered a few things, but they gave the wrong order to us. Then, we asked about it and started receiving attitude and sass from the employees. My kids were looking forward to a quick meal after a long day!
