I'm sick of having to yell out to employees just to get a few packets of ketchup. They literally will look out you waiting and continue on doing what they're doing. I understand that they can be busy, but when I place a mobile order with ketchup packets included and receive none of them in my bag it's very frustrating to have to wait. Especially when I only have a 30 minute lunch. Also don't order medium or large fries this location puts a minimal amount

I visited on the night of November 10, 2025, and decided to try ordering through the app after seeing the sign that said, “Order in the app and we’ll bring it to your table.” I thought that was a great idea and placed my order accordingly. Unfortunately, my drink was placed on the mobile pickup shelf instead of being brought to my table, even though the app indicated it would be delivered. When I pointed this out to one of the staff members, she laughed and apologized. While I appreciated the apology, it came across as somewhat dismissive of the situation. A bit later, I noticed someone the employees seemed to know personally come in, and they were handed food items without paying for them. This was concerning and came across as very unprofessional behavior. Overall, the night shift team could benefit from closer supervision and additional training to ensure professionalism and consistency in customer service. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the location itself has great potential with better staff oversight.

Smaller portions bigger prices uuugh. Use a kiosk and someone will mumble your number. All the same simple unwelcome stale no fun get your food and get out atmosphere....this goes for every McDonald's I go to. If any if find are different I will definitely broadcast.

Just another quick, road-trip, food fix. Service was great. Clean store. Clean bathrooms. I love being able to self serve the fountain drinks.

I went on November 22nd and got two orders. I asked for a daily double meal which comes with a chicken nuggets, fries and a burger. By the time I was able to check the order we had already left snd noticed that they didn’t give me the chicken nuggets but gave everything else. They need to make sure that they put everything in the bag cause everyone expects to get all their foood of what they paid for.
