McDonald's Menu Prices at 301 E 1st St ★3.7 (1876)

Food was good but I think the cashier just wanted to be pretty for the day at work. She just kinda looks at you and doesn't say anything. Thanks? I guess I'll go enjoy my meal now.

I placed a mobile order at this McDonald’s location a few minutes before 1:00 AM. The store was still showing as open on the map, and the app allowed me to complete and pay for my order without any issue. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told they could not give me my food because they had already turned off the machines at 1:00 AM. If the machines are being shut down at 1:00 AM, then the app should stop accepting orders before that time. It is not the customer’s responsibility to deal with internal closing procedures after an order has already been placed and paid for. I wasted valuable time waiting in the drive-thru line, only to be refused service. On top of that, I was told I would need to cancel the order myself through the app. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you are closing at 1:00 AM, stop accepting orders 5–10 minutes beforehand to avoid wasting customers’ time. Better coordination between the store and the app is clearly needed.

Sunday 1/11/26 bought a coffee I requested if they could make it fresh and it was cold, same thing happened today 1/12/26. I really don’t understand why they keep giving me a terrible service in here, like a said I do come to this location because is a walking distance from my home I come and dine inside and to go I always buy a coffee at least three times a week and the crazy thing is that the supervisor are the ones around and they don’t care about good service. Can I speak to whoever is real in charge of this location please.

Please double and triple check your kids drinks! I was given an already opened chocolate milk with my daughter’s happy meal. Thankfully I was able to notice before she could drink. (She’s small and unable to open the milk alone hence why I noticed it). Immediately called the store within 20 minutes of my order and was never answered. I called about 40 times back to back. This is completely unacceptable, disgusting and unsanitary to say the least! WHO WAS DRINKING THE MILK AND PUT IT BACK?? HEALTH DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY!!

The manger at the store on first Street didn't want to help me at on the phone !! And then even hung up on me I could believe it so I called back and why did you hang up sir I had more questions then about 3 to. 4 min se hangs up again ... I'm a paying costumer and a soon I was done he said okay sir and hung up again!! I so blew my mind again and that this mans working with ppl how are trying there to live and take of there family and just hangs up on us and something need to change with this man
