A very strange and frustrating experience tonight. I ordered $30 of food on the mobile app. I get to the drive through, give them my mobile order number - and they tell me to pull up. I then recieve my order and check the bag. It is the wrong order. I then get an email notification thanking me for ordering. I pull into a parking spot and inform the employee that they had given me the wrong order. Offended and defensive, he said he just got her and that it wasn't him. I asked if he could help me, and he gets flustered and again repeats that he didn't do it. To which I reply, "yes I know that You didn't personally do it." I just want my food. The manager, or who I assume is the manager - asks for the name on the order. I tell her my name, give her the order number, and show her the receipt in the mobile app. She then searches a bunch of receipts and looks at a screen - says she doesn't see my order anywhere. She then says I need yo reorder my food and pay again. I just walked off and went to in and out. I couldn't cancel my order in the app because it was "completed". I gave back the wrong order and they did not give it back to me as a consolation. The company literally stole my $30 :(

The digital kiosk glitched or something, and it offered me breakfast. I get a biscuit thinking they must have changed to all day. They bring my drink to my table and I wait 20 minutes for the food. No big deal, I figured there must have been a glitch with me being offered breakfast. I talk to the front kiosk and get blown off due to the reciept being dated for 7:00am... of 1/31/2024! I point out the fact that its near impossible for me to hold onto a Mc Donalds receipt for 2 years just to scam them! They walk off telling me to talk to get my food tomorrow morning... mind you, they saw me walk in and gave me the drink I ordered. My friend gives it a shot and shows them the table number we have and the receipt. They say "well you could have grabbed it after". I worked fast food before and get it. But it was the principle of assuming I was trying to scam or cause trouble while I came into the conversation expecting it to just be a quick explination and refund.

Cold fries, old tasting nuggets, burnt apple pie. There's a chik fil a next door... just go there instead.

I have to wait so long at the kiosk just to pay for my order. Unless you only ever use card I don’t recommend coming here unless you would like to stand forever because even if they see you, they will ignore you. I’m assuming they need more workers or better ones

There was a worker wearing a Santa hat yelling and screaming on the phone in front of this restaurant , he seems to work at this Macdonald. So we decided not to eat there after we saw him going inside since it looked like an unsafe environment
