McDonald's Menu Prices at 14895 Mono Way ★3.6 (525)

1 yr ago I filled a complaint that there was a literal chicken beak in my chicken nugget. Called corporate as well. I’m not one to complain, never made a bad review in my life. 1 year and I still am horrified by this. No apology, no accountability, no recognition from this company or store. I get chicken nuggets are made with chicken, but do better. I should not have a cheap cheaps beak in my food or any other consumers food! In case they thought I was being over dramatic or this couldn’t be possible here’s 2 photos with different angles so you can see for yourself.

Food was McDonald's food, that's not the problem I had at 8:30 in the morning. Fine you get the same people in every day, but when that person it's talking racist comments and you are not saying anything about it. THAN I HAVE A PROBLEM!! What was the point of saying racist comments with other people waiting for their food. Guess what I've been born and raised up here and guess what I'm Mexican. So thank you for being racist and making me feel uncomfortable to even eat my food.

I went to the lovely McDonald’s for their lobby to be closed at 9 o’clock at night. What a bummer truck full of guys getting done with work. We had separate orders so we decided to go through the drive-through with our separate orders and the manager told us we can only do two orders at a time and that we would have to drive throughthe drive-through more than once to complete our orders. What kind of dog crap is that?

I usually enjoy the service I receive at this location, but not today. I came in to pick up my mobile order because I couldn't check in through the app. The cashier was very friendly and asked to see my confirmation so she could verify it was my order. I pulled up the email confirmation and she confirmed. Who I assume was the person in charge at the moment (he was wearing a gray shirt) decided to say "it would've been nice if she said her name in the first place." Yes, I agree it would've been easier but again I was asked for a confirmation proof. Next time I will just state my name and maybe next time he should wait until the customer isn't in ear shot.

The last two times, yesterday 9/19/24 as well as Tuesday the previous week, I ordered a egg and steak bagel. Both bagels were so dry they were in inedible. Possibly under the warmer to long? Please Do better McDonalds.
