McDonald's Menu Prices at 10623 Trinity Parkway ★1.8 (26)

I walked into this Hell Hole of McDonald’s right after they opened for the day. To my dismay, all the tables were dirty, and the area around the trash can was filthy. The outdoor patio seating also needed a good pressure wash. On top of these issues, the service was so slow that I might as well have eaten somewhere else. It’s pathetic and shameful.

Dude their service sucks, like really the worst, waited for an hour, just to have my order, they took a whole hour for an iced coffee, they only started making my drink when I came up and asked them, and there was like 10 of them inside there, bunch of em just chit-chatting . It actually happened multiple times, I cant believe McDonalds is not doing something about this. Feel like people who gave them 5 stars are bots or maybe workers from there, bruh cause ain’t no way(They handed me my drink and it was missing some extra stuff that I paid for)

This McDonald's has terrible service. I waited 45 minutes for my breakfast, and someone else had already been waiting 50 minutes. Too many people were working, just chatting. They seem more focused on the drive-thru, which didn't have many orders, than on the people waiting in the lobby. Where's a real manager to bring order to the chaos?

Giving this place a solid one star. We walked in and every table had food crumbs, napkins on the floor, even old receipts. I asked for something to clean the table and the lady at the counter just handed me a napkin with a side eye. Our order took forever to come out and I watched a dad and his kid who ordered after us wait almost twenty minutes just for a ten piece McChicken and a drink. They also forgot our drink which made it worse. I can only imagine how messed up it gets when someone orders online because they clearly cannot keep up with simple orders in person.

I arrived at around 7 PM and was rushed since the beginning of trying to place my order. (There was not a line and was no traffic this evening) I then pay and wait to get my food... I am then told after receiving my drinks to pull into lane 2 to wait for my double quarter pounder meal... I arrive home and am disappointed to see a single patty squished between a slab of cheese and a couple of onions. I was cut short on condiments and the additional patty. I won't be returning to this location and advise others to take your business elsewhere so this place can be replaced with better staff or another fast-food chain that can provide good customer service and provide what the customer is paying for. Thankfully I make great money now so it's not worth my time to go back and try to get them to fix my burger. I will just take my business to another location and write this review to share my experience.
