McDonald's Menu Prices at 2182 E Prosperity Ave ★2 (58)

This location is only about 2 weeks old, and some growing pains is to be expected. The building itself is nice, as it is brand new. Everything is very clean, there are plastic high chairs available for customers with young children to use in the dining area. The ordering process inside is kiosk focused rather than at a register. I have never had an issue with the kiosk system and actually prefer it for its efficiency but I know many would rather speak to a worker to order food. The kisoks however do TAKE CASH! that is the first time I've seen this and I love the idea. The restrooms are unlocked via button at the front, and I found the women's restroom to be clean, and have nice doors for privacy with real locks rather than sliding tabs. I was disappointed at the lack of a mirror, but I understand why it might not be available, especially as they are prone to vandalism. They do not have paper towels in the restroom, only airdyers. I received my food in a very reasonable time considering how busy the drive-thru was. The food is as it should be expected at any other McDonald's. It will be interesting to see how the location settles in. Editing to add: I came back to this location again the next day for a quick snack on my way to work, the drive-thru was a speedy and efficient process. And at both windows the employees check to make sure that my order was correct. Everyone was professional and the service was fast.

Very empty, no one is there to help you. They expect everything to be automated and wait. Customer service is out the window here, Very disappointed in where McDonald's is going with this new service setup.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and got everything but the chicken in my sandwich, and got a double cheese burger no cheese and forgot my fries, these were both two separate occasions, smh not a good start so far for me😕.

We have came to this new McDonalds in Tulare a couple of times and both times the wait has been ridiculous. We waited for over 40 mins in the drive thru. Only to get to the window and they tell me they are out of my item. I understand that there could be a wait due to peek times and how busy they are but over 40 minutes is crazy in a drive thru. Management really needs to see what is going on and come up with a plan of efficiency.

I don't often write negative reviews but this one needed addressing. Made a mobile order marked for dine in, arrived and they didn't think they had my order. Finally they found it in the back but then had to wait for them to finally ever give it to me. Then while I was eating the associate had the nerver to sweep underneath me and another table while we were eating. I mean the food and overall feel of the location was nice but staff needs better training and more attentiveness to customer service ethics.
