McDonald's Menu Prices at 35934 Winchester Rd. ★3.1 (331)

First time at this McDonalds but we did a drive thru order. The Girl taking our order had a sweet and friendly voice. Luckily for us there was no one in line at the moment so our order was taken quick. There was a car in front of us waiting for their food. When we payed we immediately moved on to Window 2 where the gentleman was very nice, funny and friendly. Really liked that although there was someone in front of us we still got to get our food and able to drive away as the person in front of us was still waiting for their food at the window number 1. We parked to eat and we were able to see how quickly it got full of cars but also how quickly the work. Food was delicious too!

Place is a bit small if you want to eat inside. Drive through is fast and accurate. Not my number 1 choice but you got to feed the gremlins when they’re hungry. One positive is you know what you are getting from this long standing establishment.

This is the 2nd time now that this location has got my order wrong in the last couple weeks .. I ordered a McDouble meal and they gave me a hot and spicy chix sandwich ?? Like come on now how are you guys messing up such simple orders for real ? I don't think I'm going to use this location anymore .

Stop buy to dine in and do some work while I eat. The food came out fast which was nice. But the fries were kinda old and barely warm. The mcrib was dry and not very hot at all. I tried to talk to someone but no one really works the front counter anymore! Plus when someone does come out to the from is a young kids with attitude when you ask them a question. So when I finished I when to get a refill and the kid told me we don't do that anymore. So tell me why I go here again! Bad food, service with and attitude, and bad atmosphere. Sorry McDonald's but I will not be spending my money here anymore.

I’ve tried to give this McDonald’s location multiple chances, but three times in a row I’ve had the exact same problem. I order curbside pickup, check in, and then wait more than 20 minutes with no one bringing the order out. When I try to call the store, the phone message says the mailbox is full, so there’s no way to reach anyone. Each time I finally go inside, it still takes another 10–20 minutes before I actually get my food. At that point, the purpose of curbside pickup is completely gone. Honestly, this is extremely frustrating and shows a serious problem with customer service and order management. I hope the store can fix these issues, because it shouldn’t take 30–40 minutes just to receive a curbside order.
