McDonald's Menu Prices at Domenigoni Pkwy ★3 (121)

The first time I went to this location I had a chicken mcgriddle which was one of the best I had. However this recent trip has made me decide not to return. First we went inside to order. We skipped the kiosk because we were paying in cash. We approached the register and one of the female employees immediately shooed us away saying we had to use the kiosk. We asked another question and she completely disregarded us and walked away. So then we went to the kiosk and placed the order however it didnt give us a receipt and we still had to pay in cash. We waited a moment and none of the employees approached the counter so we could pay. We then decided to return to our car and just go through the drive through. Which I'm assuming the machine kept cutting us off while we ordered because they couldn't hear our order clearly. After that we finally paid and received our food. The Chicken mcgriddle was not the same as last time which I get, and the orange juice we ordered was incredibly watery. The customer service however is what made the ultimate decision for not returning to this location. I hadn't read the reviews before going this time, I wish I had. I wouldn't have entered the establishment and stuck to the drive-thru only. It seems this McDonalds location has an issue with employees.

Go through Drive Thru for best customer service. Do not go eat in. Instead, go through the Drive Thru, then eat in. No one to take your order inside. An extended wait to get a cup of water w the meal. Surely McDonald's can do better.

The slowest drive-through I think I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. Average time was close to 5 minutes per vehicle when I got in line. 19 mins to pick up my mobile order (once you're in the line, you're stuck).

First of all, the food wait time took forever. I understand it could be busy but it took over an hour to get delivered. Second, once I finally received my food, I opened my double cheeseburger and a FLY flew out. Omg I was so disgusted (this was yesterday). When I inspected it I saw the eggs it laid. Ewww! Never in my life has this happened to me.

Came through the drive thru at around 11:10PM on 02/18/2026. The customer service was atrocious, I had to repeat my order at the speaker three times. Then when I got to the window the man asked me which order I was and turned around and walked away before I could finish telling him, then proceeded to charge me for the wrong order. Upon realizing his mistake, he blamed me. Music from a personal speaker was blaring, and I also noted that he was arguing with the customer in front of me as well. When it was all said and done, it took me over twenty minutes to get through the drive thru. I’m used to poor customer service from McDonalds, but this was next level
