McDonald's Menu Prices at 22322 Old Canal Rd ★3.5 (1588)

Stopped by the McDonald’s at 22322 Old Canal Rd in Yorba Linda & had an overall solid good experience there. The double cheeseburger with fries meal was hot, fresh & exactly what you expect when McDonald’s gets it right! The burger was cooked well with perfectly melted cheeses & the fries were crispy but yet also not overly salty either (in a good way). My only knock was that this meal was pretty lightweight & it left me still feeling hungry for more food. Other than that, the service was quick & reliable with the order being accurate as well. It’s a reliable spot whenever you have a craving for McDonald’s classic comfort food. I will definitely be stopping by there again!

This is my local McDonald's but every single time I come here, there is no one staffed at the front desk. There are lines of people with their mobile orders ready and walk ins that have been waiting for over 10 minutes. The food is fine, the service and staffing here is beyond poor. The managers need to do better staffing or random workers who aren't in the front should be more helpful, they just don't acknowledge that you're there.

had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. To be clear, the cashier a young lady was polite and respectful. However, the manager (who I believe was on the headset) was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. Instead of being polite and professional, the manager spoke in a disrespectful tone and made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, especially from someone in a management position. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers are treated with the courtesy they deserve.

Been in the drive through since since 0430 when they open. After several cars backed out of the line behind me I pulled forward to the window at 445. Told pull to the next window. Then rude service. Pay a premium so they can be $20 an hour

I bought a set meal, but the service staff forgot to give me the fish burger. When I was having my meal, I found there was no ketchup, so I had to look for the waiter again. This waiter was very impatient and even abused me. I have no idea why. I wanted to complain but had no way to do so.
