McDonald's Menu Prices at 21659 E. Quincy Ave. ★3.2 (493)

McDonald's has been increasingly isolative and inpersonal with their upgrades, and this is no exception. While the store is clean, it is easy to do so when people don't even feel welcome. It was quite cold in the store outright, and everyone had to wear jackets to stay somewhat comfortable. The cash registers are entirely removed, so you are, by force, use their digital kiosk system to order your food. And those things lack response time, which made even ordering a hassle and a half. The food was given to us at room temp, and got cold quickly before we were able to finish it. Not to mention it tasted freezerburned. To top it all off, the drink system was removed and the management would not respond to our inquiry to get a refill. The whole experience was like a boot camp. Avoid this store at all costs.

The employees are so kind and the place is always spotless. The food comes out in the blink of an eye. And according to my daughter, "the play place is huge" Would definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat

What are you doing McDonalds? Inflation has hit an all time high at this location. I have been buying the 13 chocolate chip cookies box for quite sometime now. The price went from 4.96 to 5.21 to 5.70 now in less than a year. I also used to buy the Sausage Egg and Cheese Mcmuffin using the APP for 1.00 then they moved it to 2.00 for quite sometime as well. Well guess what, they removed the Mcmuffin from the 2.00 special and left all the other breakfast sandwiches. How many times are you going to attempt to screw your customers McDonalds? As of today I will no longer be going to McFlation for anything. Your Fired McDonalds!!!

This is probably the worst mcdonalds in the area I've never had a good experience here and after waiting behind someone in the drive through while the the teenagers in front of me had a full conversation with the guy taking orders I will do everything I can to avoid this location took me 15 min to just get through the drive through. Side note though every time I go inside this location in particular it's dirty as hell every time

I placed my order and went to sit down and when my order came, there were several items missing. They gave me fries with hair in it and the fries look like they were days old not even fresh. I had to go back to the counter, at least eight times for them to correct my order and they were very snippy and rude about it when I did. They messed up my drink and gave me the wrong size and then tried to tell me that refills are only small now when I ordered a large. The weird thing is my friend ordered A small iced tea and they gave them a large. The food was stale and not made correctly and there was items missing completely. I ordered a McChicken it wasn’t there. I ordered an extra fry for my son and it wasn’t there. They didn’t bring us drinks or sauces and we had to go up to get them. We had to go up there and ask them for it. Absolutely appalling experience and management was not helpful in the slightest and didn’t even offer to provide anything for our troubles. Do not go to this location!!
