McDonald's Menu Prices at 1195 S Colorado Blvd ★3.4 (1836)

I visit to mcdonalds all the time and this was by far the worst experience I ever had in a long time. Placed a mobile order and went to the store when I got to the drive- thru speaker to order the associate told me to give him a sec, so I WAITED 10 MINUTES AT THE SPEAKER, thats crazy there were only 3 cars ahead and this was 1 am so the only option was the drive through. When I finally got my food I should've checked everything on the spot I didn't thinking that everything should be good. When I opened the bag the bacon double qtr. pounder that I payed for was a deluxe with like no lettuce, I payed more money and didn't get the one with the bacon. Also overall wait time was almost 20 minutes and all the food was not even fresh, patties were almost cold. All in all horrible mcdonalds and definitely will be avoiding it in the future.

It's honestly so disappointing going to this place for food because it is impossible for them to get the order right. I know it's McDonalds an you can't expect much but I mean come on. I didn't order the whole menu, I ordered a couple things, 3 hot an spicys,2 creamy chili cups and a coke and all I get is 2 hot an spicys and buffalo sauce. I guess buffalo is the new creamy chili. And to add, the food isn't even warm It's such a waste of money an time coming to this location. I would honestly have better luck with gas station food. Thank you for wasting my time!

Atrocious! Chicken mc'brick..? Didn't know that was on the menu. But worse yet, when they went to hand us the food the guy handing to us pulled back and then the manager lady litterally took out a sandwhich to replace it with another sandwhich.. wonder why that could of been? Does it have something to do with the fact we left them a bad review previously?.. cant be certain, but 1 thing that is certain is NEVER AGAIN.. we are boycotting this place Perminently! And in my honest oppinion, do yourself a favor and drive down the street less than a mile if you value getting a meal thats not prepared with pure hatred!

Arrived at the ordering box around 11:50 PM on 11/19, and spoke with the guy on headset and told him we have a mobile order and give him the code. He said that we placed it at the wrong store and we told him no thats incorrect, and repeated the location on the order details. He proceeded to say that it was our fault and he cant do anything as it must be with the payment (which already went through). We pulled up to the window and was met by the guy on headset and what appeared to be a the manager who is an older Hispanic guy. He( manager )also said it was our fault , even after we showed him the app and everything. He said we cant do anything, and i said its okay we can just cancel the order and place one with you here and pay for it. And he proceeded to say no they cant do that because its not on them and that we messed up and its wrong with the app. Confused by this I restated , we will cancel the order online place the order with you and pay. To which he replied oh no its your fault and we still cant do that as it messes up the kitchen. Once again confused to the response, I asked him if he spoke Spanish in Spanish as I am Latino and could understand the accent he had and thought it was a language barrier, and he just proceeded to once again say no I dont and we cant help you with your order. At this point I said the exact same thing as I said before in English but now I’m Spanish about canceling the order and just placing it in person and paying and he said I dont understand Spanish we cant help you. At this point and extremely frustrated by the multiple attempts of trying to get simply get my food and was basically about to double pay, I said you know what forget it, to which this response blew my mind and made me realize that this man is just unprofessional and doesnt want to do his job, he said in Spanish fluently have a good night may god bless you and smiled and laughed. Never have I experienced this type of behavior before especially when I was nice and cooperative from the beginning. As a first responder, and getting off a long shift , I just wanted my food and their behavior was so unnecessary and not warranted by any means.

Need to change my review and impresion, as previously has give. A 5 on all. Tonight's experience was awful and the other was awesome. I ordered at a kiosk tonight but didn't get a needed receipt. Grumpy older man would not provide a receipt. Said I didn't order, loudly called me names. Attached copy of charge that went thru my phone that I showed him, Again got his loud reply false false, but still no needed paper receipt. Did get oder and tried to get a Sprite per order ticket (again no receipt ) but didn't get Sprite got Coke. Old grumpy would just left. He seemed more content on giving food to homeless. Photo attached also of my "ranch" which was not ranch -- shows tanch on sales slip, right. (Asked but again no receipt). Old man walked away from me to talk with what appeared to be a homeless. So I didn't get ranch. Took a pic for review and this old manager guy came out from counter pointing at me and hollering that I could not take pics and he would call thr police. He hollered calling me false again twice so other customers could hear. Came out at my table again and called me false yet again. What does false mean? I asked kindly for receipt again. He laughed and said call office. Asked to speak to manager who he said he talked to about the police and only heard false. Attached is also copy of sales tickets, still no receipt. You used to be able to see the pride and disciplined staff by false instead of give requested receipt (5x) or fix a botched order. This guy needs training and control Avoid this place Pitiful to see how much the service varies. False, no this is true writing. Attaching a pic of my "Sprite" though received Coke
