McDonald's Menu Prices at Washington — 20002 ★3.6 (1862)

I had an excellent experience here and honestly don’t understand how anyone could leave a bad review. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with real respect. The staff took their time explaining everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work. The place itself was clean, organized, and very welcoming. Everything felt professional, from the way the staff handled questions to how smoothly the whole process went. I came in expecting a normal experience, but I left genuinely impressed. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and every detail was handled carefully. What stood out the most was the honesty. I was given clear options, realistic timelines, and straightforward answers. No upselling, no hidden surprises—just solid, reliable service. That’s rare these days, and it’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re on the fence because of mixed reviews, don’t be. My experience was nothing but positive, and I’d confidently recommend this place to friends and family. It’s refreshing to find a business that still values customer satisfaction and takes pride in what they do. Five stars without hesitation.

I live next to this McDonald’s and was walking by when a group of very young kids were loitering outside, throwing ice and causing a disturbance. One child was holding a shovel and threw an ice ball at me, which forced me to intervene and take the shovel away to prevent someone from getting hurt. This is not about kids being kids—it’s about lack of supervision and safety around the property. This location clearly needs better monitoring outside the restaurant, especially since it’s in a residential area and people are just trying to walk by safely. I hope management takes this seriously before someone gets injured.

I went to mcdonald’s trying to order a 6 piece happy meal and they told me i couldn’t buy it. obviously wondering why i can’t buy what i want i asked for 20 piece chicken nuggets and they told me i could buy it. i then asked why i couldn’t buy the 6 piece chicken nuggets and i wasn’t getting a clear response. my dad asks to talk to the supervisor/ manager and a young man comes and tells us the new policy which we understood and were ready to proceed with the order but then that lady in the picture comes to ask what happened and the young man explains what happened and she starts arguing with us as to why we couldn’t get them and we were just explaining that we wanted a clear answer and we didn’t understand if it had such a easy answer why was it so difficult to let us know and she argued with us and was telling us there’s many mcdonald’s to go to and then proceeded to ask what we wanted to eat. doesn’t make sense right? im posting this review because i wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else

You order a 6 piece McNuggets, they give you 4. You order a big breakfast, they forget the hash brown. The guy in the parking lot asks you for money regardless. It’s very annoying when the employees forget to give you the food you pay for. These are simple things that should be hard to screw up. The folks who work here have always been very nice and kind to me, so maybe this is a customer volume (in multiple aspects) or managerial issue. The guys hanging out panhandling in the parking lot need to work on their pitch. No one is going to give them money or buy them lunch when they slur their first sentence and have a half-assed delivery. This place is like a mecca for panhandlers. To be fair, this location is miles above the “Night of the Living Dead” McDonald’s down the street in NOMA, where the local unhoused persons stumble up to you in the drive through to ask you for cash while youre trying to place an order.

They were extremely rude. We had to Wait almost a hour for our food, which I think is absolutely stupid and dumb. you guys cannot be having people, Waiting That Long
