McDonald's Menu Prices at 3845 Pleasant Hill Rd ★3.7 (2382)

This place use to be okay. But now they don’t even acknowledge guests at the drive thru menu box. They are combative and rude if they don’t give you all of your order and there is one “shift manager” that has provoked guests to fight in the restaurant. The same “manager” will cuss you out if you have been given the incorrect or incomplete order. It is a very hostile environment and it’s definitely needs new leadership. This is not a safe space for families. Period. I have called their customer service and complained multiple times. They are aware these issue exist. If you look at the reviews here you will see the same issue over and over and the “owner” response is a link for feed back. That is very robotic. Like you have the issues detailed over and over yet the problem doesn’t change. This is an issue with ownership and leadership. This is not a safe place for people to patronize. Period. I will not go back to this restaurant until there is a banner that says Under new ownership and all existing employees have been terminated. It’s not a safe or welcoming environment. For your safety DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Worse experience at a McDonald's..ever! I placed an app order today 01/26/26 7am. I arrived at the drive thru about 7 mins later only to sit at the drive thru for over 5 mins with no cars moving at all. I watched 3 cars drive off while I was waiting. After no one coming to the speaker, I drove up to the window. 1 manager and 1 employee just looked at me a few times and never opened the window to help me. I blew my horn and finally someone came. She asked what my order was and I replied that I had an app order and gave her the code. She closed the window, came back and said is that 2 bagels? No, it's not 2 bagels, I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin. I asked her if she had my order and her reply was that I didn't stop at the drive thru speaker so she doesn't have my order. Really ? I did stop but no one came to the speaker #1 and you should still have my app order. She then asked if I had a receipt and I said yes and showed the manager (Peaches) my phone. She parked me and then finally returned back with my food. She barely walked out the door to hand me my food and with the rail in the way, I couldn't reach the bag and asked her if she could move up so I could reach. I asked her for her name and she told me Keisha. Funny when she was in the drive thru I saw her name tag that said Peaches, but when she came outside with my food, her name tag was off and she told me her name was Keisha. I have read alot of recent reviews that have had the same issues, but the owner only replies to write a website and give them more information. What a terrible way to communicate with the customers that keep your business running. Maybe you should fix the problem you have (terrible employees), and you won't lose as many customers that i know you are. Customer service is so important and this place doesn't seem to care at all. It will close if these people problems are not fixed immediately. I will not be back either. DO BETTER!

Idk the guy that was working the drive thru on 3/8/26 at 11:20pm but he was super sweet even though they weren’t serving any ice cream menu items. He was kind to go above and beyond for other menu adjacent items to make such as smoothies, etc. overall kind guy, would come to this location again.

They need more staff. They should increase wages to motivate people to work. Earning so little while also dealing with customers who lose their patience because there isn’t enough staff for the business just isn’t sustainable for anyone. It’s not profitable or fair, neither for us as customers nor for the employees. They need better managers. This place needs help. The customer service is terrible, and sometimes the food isn’t even prepared properly. There are many things that are failing at this McDonald’s.

Managements should be on top of their employees at night. It looks like they don't want to work at night. Sometimes when they don't want to work, they mention that the system is down for the customers to leave. Corporate should investigate. Also they should be 24/7. Why they close exactly at 12am? The drive thru is a long mess. Long lines. I should talk to corporate for them to investigate
