McDonald's Menu Prices at 7003 Seminole Blvd ★3.6 (1963)

Got food to go for my mom in the hospital. Took my order with no total given. No big deal… then old luke warm fries, burnt cheese burger, and cold pies. Terrible food. Definitely won’t be back here! Avoid it and go the extra couple of miles to find a different McDonalds

This location has gone downhill. I used to have the best service from this location and now it’s overrun with rude staff. Today I ordered 2 snack wraps a large fry and a small fry and they fries were disgusting and stale and chewed like playdough. I returned and asked for a remake and got a rude “pull forward” and my replacement fries were a joke. They literally put a tiny handful of fries and shoved the box full of napkins instead of fries. I call and speak to a manager “river” supposedly and was told that “yea the bag is supposed to have napkins” and I said yes obviously but the napkins shouldn’t be shoved into a 1/3 full box of fries. And he proceeded to tell me if I wanted to come back AGAIN he would replace the fries again and said “none of us would purposely do that”

Stopped by lastnight around 620pm I went inside and ordered a quarter pounder and a coke to go upon getting home I noticed my burger was not cooked all the way. Totally gross and upsetting p

Normally go to this location every Friday for the past several months. This is my first negative interaction with staff. The person at the window was giving me a hard time about redeeming my points and was just extremely rude. She had just a terrible attitude (mer#832904). When I get home with my order I notice the item I tried to redeem my points on was missing from the order, which can’t just be a coincidence as I’ve never had an issue with order accuracy at this location. Order was placed on 01/30/2026 04:04PM top of receipt is number 1396.

This mcdonalds is awful. You walk in and its so cold feeling! Black paint, dull, self service stands as soon as you walk in, robotic feeling. Not temperature cold. No one is ever at the counter. No greetings or offer to help. If you need something good luck. Its set up so nobody can see you waiting. The only human interaction is when they come out of their cave, (the kitchen), to bring out an order. This era of money saving, electronics instead of human customer service is disgusting! Good Lord! I use to make friends with the folks at my regular McDonald's! This new age crap is NOT good for business. So disgusted.
