McDonald's Menu Prices at 4595 34 St S ★3 (2708)

I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences at this McDonald’s location. This is NOT a one-time issue — it’s a pattern of rude behavior, poor food handling, and disrespect toward customers. My most recent visit was unacceptable. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 large fries. There were no cars waiting on food, yet my order was handled carelessly. • The fries were cold. • The sandwiches were smashed and not labeled. • Most concerning: my son has a severe allergy to pickled items. I clearly requested plain sandwiches — cheese, ketchup, and mayo only (no onions, no pickles). Instead, both sandwiches were made incorrectly. On top of that, I personally witnessed the employee reuse wrappers that had already been used for someone else’s food. That is unsanitary and dangerous. When I politely asked for a refund, the situation only got worse. Another ongoing issue: whenever I order large fries, they are consistently underfilled to what looks like a medium portion. Customers should receive what they pay for — especially with current prices. The situation escalated when the manager (whose photo I will be posting) kicked me out, claiming that “every time I come there’s an issue.” If there are repeated issues, that reflects on management and staff performance — not the customer who is paying for proper service and safe food. To make matters worse, an employee falsely claimed we had already eaten the fries after they “fixed” the order, even though our receipt clearly showed multiple items. The entire interaction was disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. Food safety, customer respect, and basic order accuracy should be standard — not optional. This experience was disgraceful, and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate leadership. I expect accountability and immediate improvement at this location.

Literally came to mcdonald’s while trying to just get a quick something to hold me over for the morning and the employees were prioritizing the door dash orders- we waited 35 minutes to get food... I could have bought some at a store and made it at home by then. There was no explanation or warning that it would take this long. Theres also a heavy unhoused presence in the parking lot.

I Ordered 2 filet o fish, french fries and 6 piece happy meal. Fish sandwich tasted old and bun was like leather and McNuggets were old as well. I gave the service high marks only because I did mobile order and it was ready as soon as I got there. Word of advice when ordering with app, they used to start getting your food together when you were within the vicinity of the restaurant. Now once you hit pay they start preparing your order. So if you're not going to get there real soon expect cold food. Wait until you're a couple blocks away or in the parking lot to hit pay on the app. I also discovered that the apps 20% off deal coupon wasn't applied to my order.

Just experience some of the worst customer service ever after waiting in the drive-through for about 15 minutes I ordered a meal got to the cashier to pay and was given a different price from what was on the drive-through menu display it was a three dollar increase. I politely told the girl in the drive-through window that the only reason I ordered the meal was because it was that price she then proceeded to say that special has ended, but you can get another meal at the same price. I said OK that’s fine. Can you just change it to that meal she then look down at her cash register, as if she did not know what she was doing and said you would have to drive all the way back around and waiting in line again, dear McDonald’s proper training is needed for your associates. If you have something on the menu at a price and someone orders it You should honor that price and then make the necessary changes so that it doesn’t happen again if you are too cheap to honor that price the cashier should have knowledge on how to change in order from your mistake

The only McDonalds I will go to. Seriously this is the only one left that still takes the time to create an BIGMAC properly. Whoever is making the big Mac’s does an excellent job. The only McDonald I can highly recommend.
